Introduction
These Text Messaging Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of messaging services (including SMS, WhatsApp, and similar channels) provided by Anytime Fitness India (operated by House of Fitness Private Limited) (“Anytime Fitness India”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply when you choose to receive communications from us or our independently owned and operated franchisees.
By providing your contact details or otherwise opting in, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Where applicable your consent will be obtained through clear and affirmative action.
Scope of Messaging Services
We may send you communications relating to:
- Membership enquiries, onboarding, and account-related information
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates
- Promotional offers, campaigns, and marketing communications
- Customer support and feedback requests
Such communications may be sent by Anytime Fitness India and/or its franchisees.
Consent and Opt-In
You confirm that:
- You are the subscriber or authorised user of the contact number provided;
- You are at least 16 years of age or have appropriate authorisation;
- You have voluntarily opted to receive communications from us.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services.

Personal information collected for messaging purposes will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that communications (especially SMS or similar channels) may not be fully secure or encrypted and may be accessible to persons with access to your device.
Regulatory Compliance
All messaging activities are carried out in accordance with telecom and anti-spam requirements. This includes compliance with consent frameworks, Do Not Disturb (DND) preferences, and applicable registration or template requirements.
Role of Franchisees
Anytime Fitness clubs in India are independently owned and operated franchisees. Messaging practices, offers, and services may vary by location. Franchisees may communicate with you within the scope of these Terms.
Service Availability
Delivery of messages is subject to telecom network availability and third-party service providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages.
Limitation of Liability
Anytime Fitness India shall not be liable for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by telecom operators, network issues, or factors beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon being posted on our website. Continued interaction with our messaging services constitutes your acceptance of such updates.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These promotional terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and Indian courts shall have jurisdiction.
