Promotions Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘1 Day Trial’ promotional offer (‘Offer’) promoted by ANYTIME CLUBS UK LIMITED ('Anytime UK') and its franchise clubs. These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Membership Agreement’).

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon acceptance of this Offer.

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to any individual who is not a current member of Anytime Fitness and aged over 18 years of age.  Individuals between 16-18 years of age are eligible for this Offer provided that they have the permission of their parent or guardian to accept this Offer.

Offer Details

The Offer entitles an eligible individual, as per above, to visit any Anytime Fitness club within the United Kingdom or Ireland for the duration of 1 (one) day during manned hours on a trial basis.   Eligible individuals may elect to sign up to a Membership Agreement following redemption of the Offer.

Entry is via contact with the relevant Anytime Fitness club directly and the eligible individual will not receive an access pass or key fob by virtue of this Offer.

The Offer

(a) The Offer is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes.

(b) The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.

(c) The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Modifications and Termination of the Offer

Anytime UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect those already participating in the Offer, except as required by law.

Compliance with Club Rules and Regulations

By participating in this Offer, Members agree to adhere to all Club Rules and regulations set out in the Membership Agreement and as posted within a Club premises. Failure to adhere to Club Rules may result in termination of the Offer and/or membership according to the terms of the Membership Agreement.

Privacy  

Personal data supplied during the course of this Offer will only be processed as set out in Anytime UK’s Privacy Policy [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY].

Other Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any members wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom or Ireland, if your Club is situated in Ireland.

This Offer is open to all members who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Anytime UK, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this Offer.  Members between 16-18 years of age are eligible for this Offer provided that they have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Membership Agreement

Offer Details

The Offer commences on the date the Membership Agreement is entered into and Membership Fees for the first month will be waived for that calendar month and:

(a) The Offer is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes.

(b) The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.

(c) The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Conversion of Membership Fees

All membership fees will return to the amount stated in the Membership Agreement after the Offer period.  

Fees and Payments

Notwithstanding the Offer, members are required to pay all other fees which may fall due, including, but not limited to, a non-refundable Joining Fee and a non-refundable Member Access Key Fee which are payable at the time of entering the Membership Agreement.

Anytime UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect those already participating in the Offer, except as required by law.

The following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘4 Weeks for £4’ promotional offer (‘Offer’) promoted by ANYTIME CLUBS UK LIMITED ('Anytime UK') and its franchise clubs. These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Membership Agreement’). The purpose of this Offer is to reduce a member’s membership fees, for a four-week period, to only one pound (£1) per week.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon acceptance of this Offer.

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to new members who enter a Membership Agreement, with an Anytime Fitness Club within United Kingdom, for an initial term of 12 months or longer.

This Offer is open to all members who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Anytime UK, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this Offer.  Members between 16-18 years of age are eligible for this Offer provided they have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Membership Agreement.

Offer Details 

The Offer commences on the date the Membership Agreement is entered into and will run for a four-week (28 day) period.  During the four-week period, Membership Fees will be reduced from the amount stated in the Membership Agreement to a total of four pounds (£4).

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Fees and Payments 

During the four-week period of the Offer, Members are still required to pay all other fees which may fall due, including, but not limited to, a non-refundable Joining Fee and a non-refundable Member Access Key Fee which are payable at the time of entering the Membership Agreement.

At the conclusion of the four-week period, membership fees will return to the amount stated in the Membership Agreement.  

Modifications and Termination of the Offer 

Anytime UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect those already participating in the Offer, except as required by law. 

Compliance with Club Rules and Regulations 

By participating in this Offer, Members agree to adhere to all Club Rules and regulations set out in the Membership Agreement and as posted within a Club premises. Failure to adhere to Club Rules may result in termination of the Offer and/or membership according to the terms of the Membership Agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Anytime UK and its directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss of direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, participation in the Offer.

Privacy

Other Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any members wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Membership Agreement’).

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon acceptance of this Offer.

Eligibility

These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Membership Agreement’).

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms upon acceptance of this Offer.

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to new members who enter a Membership Agreement at the same time with another new member at any Anytime Fitness Club within United Kingdom or Ireland.

This Offer is open to all members who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Anytime UK, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this Offer.  Members between 16-18 years of age are eligible for this Offer provided that they have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Membership Agreement

Offer Details

The Offer entitles the two eligible individuals, as per above, upon signing up for a 12-month or longer Membership Agreement to have their first monthly membership fee waived for that calendar month.

The Offer

(a) The Offer is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services and may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes.

(b) The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
