I am looking for membership prices. How much does it cost to join?

Each club is independently owned and operated, and membership prices may vary between each location. The best way to get accurate pricing is to contact your local gym.

What different contract lengths does Anytime Fitness offer? Can I pay on a month-by-month basis?

At Anytime Fitness, you'll find varying membership options depending on your location. Some gyms offer 3, 6, 12 and 18-month options, but you'll need to check with your local Anytime Fitness to learn about the different types of membership plans available.

I have family, friends, or a significant other that would like to join the gym with me. Do you offer family or joint membership options?

To find out which membership options are available near you, check with your local club directly to learn what discounts are available near you.

Do you offer student, senior, or military discounts?

We do! Our community is our priority; however, it is always best to reach out and check with your local club directly to learn what discounts are available near you.

Freeze, Cancel & Transfer

What is your cancellation policy? Is there a fee for breaking my contract?

All cancellation policies are outlined in the membership agreement for each location. The agreement covers the cost to cancel, how to cancel and more information on any additional termination fees you may incur. It is best to reach out to your local club, or to fill our a Cancellation Request online.

I need to pause my membership because I got injured or will be traveling for an extended amount of time. How do I freeze my account temporarily?

If you are interested in more information on how to suspend membership or put a hold on your account, you’ll need to reach out directly to your home club. Each of our locations are independently owned and operated and may have a slightly different policy regarding suspended memberships.  

Can I transfer my membership to another club location if I am moving soon?

Yes! You absolutely can. All memberships are transferrable whether by usage or relocation. Relocation transfers must be more than 10 miles from your last residence. You won’t incur a transfer fee which means there’s no need for a specific moving policy. However, if you change your home gym - rates could change depending on your monthly dues.

Gym Access

Can I go to any Anytime Fitness with my key fob or AF Access pass? 

Yes! You will have access to all gyms at any location and can work out at any gym you choose.  

I will be traveling overseas. Do I really have international access to all gyms?

Yes! When you are part of Anytime Fitness, you can work out at gyms nationwide AND around the globe thanks to our worldwide club access. Think of it as a global membership plan.

Key Fob or AF Access Pass issues

I lost my key fob. What should I do?

Oh no! If you’ve lost your key fob, contact your home gym and they will help you purchase a replacement key, for a small fee.

I forgot my key fob at home. Can I still get into the gym?

Because our members’ safety is our main concern, we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their key. In some membership agreements, this could result in your membership being terminated. If you’ve lost your key, make sure to call your club and a staff member will help you get a replacement key fob. 
If you haven’t downloaded the AF App already, this is a great opportunity to set up the AF Access Pass on your smart phone. With the AF Access pass you get secure, smartphone-enabled access to 5,000+ gym locations worldwide. 

How do I get a replacement key and what is the cost?

If you need to replace a key fob, reach out directly to your home club as they will be able to update the key fob’s security access and help get you a replacement. The replacement cost varies depending on the club, but most will charge a small fee. 

My current key fob or AF Access pass is not working. What should I do?

Shoot, you’re locked out! Reach out to your home club ASAP and they can help figure out what’s going on. A defective access key could mean a number of things: billing problems, lockout or there could be an issue with the door of the location. Your home location will be able to help you find a solution.

Personal Training

What classes does Anytime Fitness offer? Are they included with membership? Where can I find the class schedule?

Many clubs depending on location offer classes. We recommend contacting your local club to find out which classes are offered. A class schedule is usually available on the gym’s local web page. Visit our Find a Gym page to locate your local club. 

What different personal training options does Anytime Fitness provide? 

Anytime Fitness has numerous training options available. Personal Training is provided in a one-on-one format led by a certified personal trainer, ensuring a very personalised experience. Classes include 5+ individuals and provide accountability and an energetic atmosphere that keeps you motivated. Make sure to check with your local gym to learn more.  

What is the cost of a personal training session and a group training session at Anytime Fitness? 

The cost of a personal trainer depends on both location and training type. Contact your local gym to learn more about personal training prices.

Amenities

Do Anytime Fitness clubs have showers and lockers?

Yes, we do! We know our members are on-the-go and busy, so we offer private changing room facilities across our clubs. While all clubs have showers and bathrooms, not all locations offer lockers, so it is best to check with your chosen club directly.  

Do Anytime Fitness clubs offer recovery?

Currently, none of our clubs offer sauna or steam rooms.  
Some clubs offer recovery areas including massage chairs, compression boots and more. It is always best to check with your local club directly.  

Does have Fitness have basketball courts or swimming pools?

Anytime Fitness does not offer basketball courts or swimming pools.

Wifi

Does Anytime Fitness offer free Wifi?

Our Anytime Fitness clubs provide Wifi in their clubs. Don’t hesitate to ask your local club if you cannot find the login information readily displayed. 

What is the Wifi login code for Anytime Fitness?

Each location has a separate Wifi password. Contact your local gym for more information on Wifi availability!

Free Trials & Creche Services

Does Anytime Fitness allow guests? What is your visitor policy?

We all know training with another person is always easier! It’s best to check with your local club to enquire about the free trial options available.  

What is your policy on children? Can I bring my kid when I workout?

Anytime fitness locations do not offer creche. For that reason, our child policy does not allow for children to be present with their parent while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirements (which are set individually by each club!).

Can I purchase a day pass if I am in the area on holiday? What is the cost?

We’d love to have you! Find your gym online and call the club to learn more about whether they offer a free trial.

Age Requirement

How old do you have to be to work out at Anytime Fitness? Is there a minimum age to join?

We’d recommend reaching out to your local club to find out more. Most of our locations are 18+ but it is always best to confirm with your local club directly.

Billing

What payment methods does Anytime Fitness accept? Will I get charged on a month by month basis?

There are multiple payment options to best fit you. We accept credit cards and bank drafts as methods of payment. Payment timing is dependent on when you join! 

I’d like to update my credit card. How do I change my payment details? 

All billing enquiries are handled directly at your club. To find your gym's contact details, simply head to Find a Gym and the team will be happy to help. 

What happens if I miss a payment? Is there a late fee?

A missed payment may result in a late payment fee. Late payment penalty fees and fines are outlined in your membership agreement. If you have any questions, these are best placed with your home gym. To find your gym's contact details, simply head to Find a Gym and the team will be happy to help. 

Will my membership automatically renew at the end of my term?

Only if you opted-in! If you initialed for automatic renewal in your membership agreement, then you will be all set for continued membership at the end of your term. Make sure to review your membership agreement or contact your home club.

I was charged twice for my monthly bill. Who can I contact to fix the issue? 

Oh no! We’d recommend reaching out to your home club and they’ll be able to look into this for you.
