See below for the Membership Terms specific to your region in which you joined Anytime Fitness
Your membership will automatically continue on a rolling basis – weekly, fortnightly, or monthly – based on your current Direct Debit Payment Period. It will only end when you provide the required written notice to terminate with your home club. Please read below to find out the specific notice period. If you’d like to discuss your options with your local club, please reach out.
Your agreement will continue beyond the end of your initial term on a periodic basis (aligned to the frequency of your Direct Debit Payment Period (Supply Period), which will be either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis) and ends only if and when you terminate your agreement in writing with your home club.
You may terminate your ongoing agreement as follows:
Cancellation on Initial Term Expiry Date
Tell us in writing that you wish to cancel your agreement at least 14 days prior to your Initial Term Expiry Date, your agreement will terminate on the Initial Term Expiry Date.
Cancellation after Initial Term Expiry Date
Tell us in writing that you wish to cancel your agreement, and your agreement will terminate on the date of commencement of your next Supply Period that is at least 14 days after receipt of your notice.
