I am deeply passionate about fitness, good health and longevity, and I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to transform both body and mind. I thrive on lifting heavy and pushing my limits in the gym. Alongside strength training, I have a love for running. I find it a good way to clear the mind and reset the soul, and to improve physical and mental wellness. My people-first mindset carries through into my interest in nutrition and how healthy, whole foods can greatly improve one's life and wellness. The gym isn’t just about aesthetics for me, it is about building connection, strength and wellbeing for life.
