TERMS & CONDITIONS – PROMOTIONAL SALE CAMPAIGN

1. Promoter

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is conducted by AF SA GROUP PTY LTD, registration number 2025/936004/07) a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa (“the Promoter”).

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from the start of the stated month and ends at the end of the stated month (“Campaign Period”).

No entries or purchases outside this period will qualify.

3. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase.
• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Offer Details

• Customers will receive [e.g., 20% discount] on selected items.
• The discount applies only to products clearly marked as part of the Campaign.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

6. Stock Availability

• The offer is valid while stocks last.
• The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure availability but cannot guarantee stock of all promotional items throughout the Campaign Period.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to the Promoter’s standard Returns Policy and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
• If a product purchased during the Campaign is returned, the refund will be limited to the amount actually paid.
• Promotional or discounted items may be subject to specific return limitations where permitted by law.

8. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only.
• The Promoter will not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Right to Amend or Cancel

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign immediately and without notice if required to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.

11. Protection of Personal Information

All personal information collected during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
