I’m delighted to bring my experience and passion for healthy living to the members at Anytime Fitness.
One of the biggest challenges holding men and women back in the gym is a lack of knowledge and confidence.
By breaking down your goals and simplifying them into small steps, along with ongoing coaching for motivation, accountability, guidance and proper instruction, I can work with you, regardless of your goal or level of experience, helping you make lasting changes to improve your health, both physically and mentally.
Furthermore, if improving your mobility, posture and strength is paramount to you then get in touch. I offer 1-1 coaching packages geared towards these three things as well a movement + mobility class, which is free to all members.

I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support and guidance to assist and inspire them on their journey to a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
Whether it be to look and feel better, reduce health risks or improve sports performance, I can help to make your goals a reality in a fun, safe and dynamic environment.
I greatly believe in training for functional fitness which consists of exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sport.
Functional fitness training along with releasing tension in muscles through stretching and myofascial release (a form of self massage) I feel is important, especially as we age.
Tight and weak muscles can lead to pain and posture problems, so I make sure to address any of these issues with clients from day one.

Hi I’m Martin Moylan. I specialise in helping busy professionals improve their fitness and get in better shape. Most of my clients have young families and/or hectic schedules. My training is effective and time efficient to get my clients their best results. That normally means helping guys look better than they did in their 20’s; wider shoulders, smaller waist and stronger arms so they look great in a T-shirt. The ladies I train gain new levels of confidence they never had before. I show them how strong they really can be all while helping them become more toned so they look fantastic in that new dress or those favourite jeans. With an Honours degree in Athletic Therapy and Training, Strength and Conditioning, Precision Nutrition and Pre and Post-Natal qualifications I can help you become a fitter, healthier, stronger you.
