Pawel is a self-employed independent contractor at AF Dun Laoghaire. Pawel has years of the experience in fitness industry, as coach he worked with over 100s of people in his fitness career. He has helped many people to achieve their dream body and he's also a competitive fitness athlete. Pawel is certified in diet therapy and he’s also a nutritionist. He creates tailored nutrition plans and training programs to burn fat and build muscle. His main strength is body transformation coaching, regardless of age or experience. Adrianna is a self-employed independent contractor at AF Dun Laoghaire. Her first stepped into a gym at the age of 17 & has never looked back since. She’s developed a huge passion for weight training & nutrition when first began training for her bodybuilding competition in Bikini Division back in 2017 and now as a qualified PT and gym instructor wants to help others achieve their fitness goals through coaching. She specializes in weight training, weight loss & body fat loss, muscle & strength building and overall body composition transformation. Hi, my name is Jason Kosik-Orlando, and I am very happy and excited to be part of the Anytime Fitness team. I have always had a strong passion for sports and fitness, and I grew up playing basketball at a high level. After moving to Ireland, I obtained a B.Sc. in Health and Performance Science from UCD, and I am excited to use my knowledge and experience to assist all of our members while pursuing my postgraduate studies.

My passion for fitness began at a young age through playing team sports, particularly football. In 2015, I joined a gym for the first time and quickly realised I wanted to build a career in the health and fitness industry. This led me to pursue a Level 8 degree in Sports & Leisure Management at Technological University Dublin. Since then, I’ve enjoyed working with people to help them achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing, which is why I’m excited to be part of the team at Anytime Fitness. I look forward to supporting members on their fitness journeys and encourage everyone to stop by and say hello, the door is always open.

Hi, I’m Alan Fanning, and I'm very excited to be part of the team at Anytime Fitness. I hold a B.Sc. in Sports Science from Dublin City University, and before taking on this managerial role, I spent over ten years as a personal trainer. That career took me all around the world, allowing me to work in several countries, most recently in Tokyo, Japan. Outside of the gym, I have a background in art and enjoy painting in my downtime. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best, and I’m excited to bring that passion to our members every day.
