Co-Owner, Personal Trainer Started working out in high school and quickly developed a love for the sport of body building. After having the great fortune of taking over Anytime Fitness Orangeville he found a passion for helping people achieve their goals to living a healthier lifestyle. He enrolled in a personal training program and has been training people ever since. Matthew is available if anyone has any questions pertaining to health and fitness and always has an open door policy. Having competed in a body building show in the past and trained clients to do shows as well he is more than willing to help people achieve that goal of stepping on stage!
