Health and Fitness has been an interest of mine since I was in primary school. This interest developed into a passion and since then I’ve been dedicated to helping others find the most efficient and effective way to decrease body fat, increase strength and increase muscle mass. Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to achieve their goals for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you to smash your goals in a fun, safe and dynamic environment.

As the current assistant club manager, I have had the pleasure of helping individuals begin their new fitness journey's whilst also being a part of a welcoming and growing community at AF Narrabeen. Now, using my current knowledge as a sport and exercise science student, my goal as a Personal trainer is to create sustainable training/lifestyle habits that aligns with my client's goals and make training something they look forward to every day, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance or just feeling better day to day. As a teenager, I played Rugby League and Union around the Northern Beaches and I have great personal experience in both muscle building and fat loss phases. I look forward to connecting with you!
