$200 Club Voucher

Offer is open to new members only and who sign up to a 12 or 18-month membership at participating Anytime Fitness locations during the promotion period. The voucher entitles the member to credit towards the member's Anytime Fitness account. Credit can be used across multiple transactions and services at the member's Anytime Fitness club. Voucher expires 3 months from the member’s joining date or when the full amount is used, whichever comes first. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Terms and conditions apply and for further details see your local Anytime Fitness location. Each Anytime Fitness location is independently owned and operated.

Introduction 

This following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘$200 Club Voucher’ promotional offer promoted by Anytime Fitness (‘Offer’). The purpose of this Offer is to provide members with $200 voucher (Voucher) which can be redeemed on Anytime Fitness products and services. By participating in this Offer, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms. 

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to members who are 18 years of age or older who enter a Standard Anytime Fitness Membership Agreement (Membership Agreement), during the promotional period, with a participating Anytime Fitness Club (Participating Club). 

Members between 14-17 years of age are also eligible for the Offer providing they also have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Membership Agreement, they enter a Membership Agreement with a Minor Approved Club and comply with the Special Conditions for Minors attached to their Membership Agreement. 

Offer Details 

The full value of the Voucher, being $200, will be automatically credited to the member’s Anytime Fitness account upon entering a Membership Agreement. The Voucher may be redeemed across multiple transactions and services, up to the full value of the Voucher. The products or services the Voucher can be used to redeem will be determined by each Participating Club. 

The full value of the Voucher must be redeemed within three (3) months of entering the Membership Agreement, regardless of whether a Membership Agreement is frozen, and can only be redeemed at the Participating Club the member entered the Membership Agreement with.  

If a member transfers to another Anytime Fitness Club, has their membership terminated, or cancels their membership, they will be deemed to have forfeited any amount remaining on the Voucher and/or any outstanding services not claimed at the time the Membership Agreement ends.

Regardless of the Participating Club the member enters the Membership Agreement with, the Voucher cannot be used for Tailgate Fees, Cancellation Fees and/or Freeze Fees. 

The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, and the Voucher is not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.   

Offer Promotional Period 

The Promotional Period may not be uniform across all Participating Clubs and will be determined by the Participating Club. The Promotional Period for each Participating Club will be made available to members via the Participating Clubs marketing materials  

Privacy

Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Anytime Australia Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss of direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, participation in the Offer.  

Modifications and Termination of the Offer 

Any amendments to the Terms will be effective immediately upon the amended Terms being updated on the Anytime Fitness Australia Terms and Conditions available here: https://www.anytimefitness.com/en-au/terms-of-use.  

Governing Law 

These Terms will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the New South Wales, Australia, being the registered address, and location of the Franchisor, Anytime Australia Pty Ltd.   

Miscellaneous 

The headings of these Terms are intended solely for convenience of reference and will have no effect on the interpretation or construction of these Terms.

A Participating Club is taken to mean any open Anytime Fitness Club who have agreed to run this Offer. Confirmation of which Anytime Fitness Clubs are participating in this Offer, and the Promotional Period of this Offer, may be obtained by contacting the relevant Anytime Fitness Club directly.

 As of 1 July 2024, the Recommended Retail Price of a Fixed Term 12-month Membership Agreement was $24.95 per week.

This following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘$5 for 5 Weeks’ promotional offer promoted by Anytime Fitness (‘Offer’).  These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Standard Agreement’). The purpose of this Offer is to reduce Members weekly Membership Fees, for an five-week period, to only $1 per week. 

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to Members who enter a Standard Agreement, with an Anytime Fitness Club, for an initial term of 12 or 18 months* on a weekly or fortnightly Direct Debit Payment Agreement. 

 Members must be 18 years of age or older. Members between 14-17 years of age are eligible for this Offer providing that they have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Standard Agreement, enter a Standard Agreement with a Minor Approved Club and comply with the Special Conditions for Minors attached to their Standard Agreement. 

Offer Details 

The five-week period commences on the date the Standard Agreement is entered into and will run for an five-week (35 day) period.  During the five-week period, weekly Membership Fees will be reduced from the amount stated in the Standard Agreement to $1. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. 

Conversion of Membership Fees 

At the conclusion of the five-week period, weekly Membership Fees will return to the Membership Fee amount stated in the Standard Agreement.  

Fees and Payments 

During the five-week period, Members are still required to pay all other fees which may fall due, including, but not limited to, a non-refundable Joining Fee and a non-refundable Member Access Key Fee which are payable at the time of entering the Standard Agreement. 

Modifications and Termination of the Offer 

Anytime Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect those already participating in the Offer, except as required by law. 

Compliance with Club Rules and Regulations 

By participating in this Offer, Members agree to adhere to all Club Rules and regulations set out in the Standard Agreement and as posted within Club premises. Failure to adhere to Club Rules may result in termination of the Offer and/or membership according to the terms of the Standard Agreement. 

Legal Compliance  

These Terms are intended to be compliant with applicable local laws and consumer rights. Participation in this Offer does not diminish a Member’s consumer rights.

This following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘$6 for 6 Weeks’ promotional offer promoted by Anytime Fitness (‘Offer’).  These Terms are in addition to, and modify where specified, the standard Anytime Fitness membership agreement (‘Standard Agreement’). The purpose of this Offer is to reduce Members weekly Membership Fees, for an six-week period, to only $1 per week.  See/refer to your local participating Anytime Fitness club for the promotion period.

Eligible Participants

1. This offer is open to new members who joins a participating Anytime Fitness clubs in Australia during the Promotion Period and who: a. enters into a 12-month or 18-month membership agreement; and b. agrees to pay their membership fees weekly by direct debit.

2. Prospective members who are less than 18 years old will have to have the permission of their parent or guardian to redeem the Offer.

The Offer

Upon signing up for a 12-month or 18-month membership agreement within the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will have their normal monthly membership fee reduced to $1.00 per week for up to a maximum of 6 consecutive weeks. The member will still have to pay all other fees and charges under the membership agreement (e.g. joining fee, member access key fee).

Redemption Process

1. The Promotion

(a) These terms and conditions and the promotion details govern the Promotion.

(b) The Promotion will run during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility 

(a) The Promotion is open to any individual who is an Eligible Participant.

3. The Offer

(b) The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.

(d) The availability of 12-month or 18-month membership agreements under this Offer may be subject to applicable local laws and regulations, which can vary depending on the location of the participating Anytime Fitness club. Eligible Participants should consult directly with their chosen participating club to confirm whether the terms of this Offer are available to them at that location.

4. Modifications and Termination of the Offer 

(b) If the Promotion is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, including cyber-attack, industrial strike, computer virus, fraud, or technical failures, the Promoter may take appropriate action with respect to the Promotion (including suspension, termination or modification of the Promotion) as it deems appropriate, subject to any relevant regulation or law or direction from a regulatory authority.

5. Redeeming the Offer

(a) The Eligible Participant must follow the Redemption Process outlined above to redeem the Offer.

(b) Where the Offer includes signing up to the Promoter’s membership agreement, the Eligible Participant acknowledges that, to the extent the Offer provides a period of free access to the Promoter’s clubs or a discount on standard fees and charges, once the benefits of the Offer have been fully utilised, the standard membership fees and charges will automatically apply.

(c) If the Eligible Participant redeems the Offer but does not complete the full initial term of their membership agreement, they must, within five (5) days of termination of their membership, repay:

(i) any fees waived under the Offer; or

(ii) an amount equivalent to the discount received on their standard fees,

whichever is applicable.

(d) By redeeming the Offer, each Eligible Participant accepts these terms and conditions.

6. Privacy

(a) The Promoter will use and retain for a reasonable period the personal information of each Eligible Participant for the following purposes:

(i) to communicate with the Eligible Participant regarding the Promotion; and

(ii) to verify that these terms and conditions have been complied with.

(b) An Eligible Participant’s personal information may be passed to our franchisees or a third party in order to process the Offer.

(c) Any other use of an Eligible Participant’s personal information will be in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here https://www.anytimefitness.com/en-au/privacy/ and in accordance with all applicable privacy and spam laws.

‍7. Dispute Resolution

(a) A complaint about the Promotion, including about redeeming the Offer, may be made by contacting the Promotor at email to customerservice@anytimefitness.com.au

(b) Decisions of the Promoter in relation to any complaints are final and may be made in the Promoter’s complete and sole discretion.

8. Liability

(a) To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promotor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any loss of direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, participation in the Promotion and redeeming the Offer.

9. Miscellaneous

(a) To the extent of an inconsistency between the promotion details and these terms and conditions, the promotion details prevail.

(b) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the Eligible Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect of any proceedings in connection with these terms and conditions.

(c) Unless stated otherwise, all dates and times referenced in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

BECOME A FOUNDATION MEMBER - $500 OF VALUE

Offer is open to a non-current member of Anytime Fitness and who signs up to a 12 or 18-month membership during the promotion period at participating Anytime Fitness locations. Offer is a credit of up to $500 to be automatically applied to the member's Anytime Fitness account. The credit will remain valid until the balance is fully used or three months have passed since the member’s joining date, whichever occurs first. Eligible Participants

1. An individual who is not a current member of Anytime Fitness and attends a participating Anytime Fitness club during the Promotion Period to redeem the Offer; and

2. If the Eligible Participant is less than 18 years old, they will have to have the permission of their parent or guardian to redeem the Offer.

The Offer

Upon signing up for a 12-month or 18-month membership agreement within the Promotion Period, a credit of up to $349* will be automatically applied to their Anytime Fitness account, subject to approval by the participating Anytime Fitness club. *The amount of the credit is in the participating Anytime Fitness club’s discretion and will be notified at the time the Eligible Participant takes up the offer.

Redemption Process

An Eligible Participant must enter into a 12-month or 18-month membership agreement at a participating Anytime Fitness club during the Promotion Period. If the Eligible Participant is under 18 years of age, the membership agreement must be entered into at a participating Anytime Fitness club that is approved to accept minors. The full value of the credit may be used across multiple transactions, but only for goods and services that the participating Anytime Fitness club has confirmed as eligible for credit use. The credit will remain valid until the balance is fully used or three months have passed since the member’s joining date, whichever occurs first.

FREE 3-DAY PASS

Offer is open to individuals who are not current Anytime Fitness members at participating Anytime Fitness locations during the promotion period. Individuals who provided the relevant information will be provided free access to their participating Anytime Fitness club for either 3, 5 or 7 consecutive days. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Terms and conditions apply and for further details see your local Anytime Fitness location. Each Anytime Fitness location is independently owned and operated.

Introduction

This following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘3 Day Free Trial’ offer promoted at Anytime Fitness Participating Clubs (‘Offer’). The purpose of this Offer is to provide individuals, who have never been an Anytime Fitness member (Guest), access to a Participating Club, on a trial basis, for a 3-day consecutive period (TrialPeriod).  

Eligibility  

This Offer is available to Guests who reside or work within a 15 km radius of a Participating Club and are not a current member of any Anytime Fitness Club.   Guests must be a minimum of 14 years old at the time of completing the Anytime Fitness Guest Profile form to claim this Offer. To claim this Offer, Guests must:

provide photo identification to confirm their identity and residential address; 
provide verification of their work address (if applicable); 
complete the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening form; and 
complete the Anytime Fitness Guest Profile form.

In addition to the general eligibility requirements, Guests between 14-17 years old must also:  

have consent from their parent or guardian; and  
can only access Participating Clubs which are Minors Approved.

Offer Details 

The Trial Period commences on the date the Guest completes their Anytime Fitness Guest Profile and concludes at the end of the Trial Period. The Trial Period is determined by the Participating club and will run for a 3-day consecutive period. 

During the Trial Period, Guests between 14-17 years old may only access the Participating Club during staffed hours.  

Guests 18 years old or over may access the Participating Club outside of staffed hours provided the Participating Club agrees to allow the Guest access outside of staffed hours.

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers and is limited to one per person. The Trial Period cannot be frozen, and the Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, products or services.

The Offer is available at Participating Clubs only. To find out if a Club is a Participating Club, the length of the Trial Period, and whether Guests are provided access outside of Staffed Hours, please contact the relevant Anytime Fitness Club directly.  

Fees and Payments 

During the Trial Period, a refundable fee may be payable for a Guest Access Key. Any Guest Access Key fee payable will be refunded to the Guest at the end of the Trial Period, provided any physical Guest Access Key is returned to the Participating Club within 2 days of the Trial Period ending.   

Modifications and Termination of the Offer 

Anytime Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will not affect those already participating in the Offer, except as required by law.

This following terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the ‘$349 Club Voucher’ promotional offer promoted by Anytime Fitness (‘Offer’). The purpose of this Offer is to provide members with a $349 voucher (Voucher) which can be redeemed on Anytime Fitness products and services. By participating in this Offer, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

This Offer is available to members who are 18 years of age or older who enter a Standard Anytime Fitness Membership Agreement (Membership Agreement), during the promotional period, with a participating Anytime Fitness Club (Participating Club).

Members between 14-17 years of age are also eligible for the Offer providing they also meet they have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter a Membership Agreement, they enter a Membership Agreement with a Minor Approved Club; and comply with the Special Conditions for Minors attached to their Membership Agreement.

Offer Details

The full value of the Voucher, being $349, will be automatically credited to the member’s Anytime Fitness account upon entering a Membership Agreement. The Voucher may be redeemed across multiple transactions and services, up to the full value of the Voucher. The products or services the Voucher can be used to redeem will be determined by each Participating Club. The Voucher may be used towards payment of Membership Fees up to a maximum of four (4) weeks.

(a) The Promoter will randomly draw the winner of the Promotion (the Winner) from the pool of valid entries made by Eligible Participants during the Promotion Period using a random name generator (Draw) on the Draw Date.

(b) The Draw will take place at the Promotor’s office or their nominee’s office on the Draw Date.

6. Notification of Winner

(a) Within seven (7) calendar days after the Draw, the Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via private message on the Product Review platform, wherein the Promoter will request an email address from the Winner to provide the Prize.

7. Acceptance of the Prize

(a) The Eligible Participant must, upon being notified that they are a Winner, contact the Promoter by return message within seven (7) calendar days of that notification to confirm their acceptance of the Prize.

(b) If the Winner fails to respond to the private message notifying them of their win within seven (7) calendar days of the notification being sent, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Prize distribution

(a) The Promoter may request that the Winner provide proof of eligibility prior to awarding the Prize.

(b) For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize is a digital voucher and will be issued electronically.

(d) The Prize will be issued as an electronic voucher and sent to the Winner via email to the email address supplied at the time of entry. Delivery of digital vouchers will occur within seven (7) business days after the Winner has confirmed acceptance of the Prize in accordance with these terms.

(e) There will be no cost to the Winner to accept the Prize.

9. Prize substitution

If the Prize is unavailable or becomes unavailable through no fault of the Promoter after the commencement of the Promotion, the Promoter may substitute the Prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the Prize.

10. Rejection of a Prize

(a) A Winner may opt to reject the Prize within seven (7) business days after notification of winning by contacting the Promoter by phone, email or private message on the Product Review platform.

(b) In the event that a Winner rejects the Prize in accordance with clause 10(a), the Promoter may redraw the Prize in accordance with clause 12.

11. Unclaimed Prize

(a) If the Prize is not able to be sent to/collected by a Winner through no fault of the Promoter within a period of seven (7) business days after the Draw Date (Claim Period), the Prize will be deemed forfeited and the Promoter may redraw the Prize in accordance with clause 12.

(b) The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the Winner during the Claim Period.

12. Redraw

(a) In the event that a Prize is rejected in accordance with clause 10, forfeited under clause 7(b) or unclaimed in accordance with clause 11, the Promoter will conduct a redraw for the Prize (Redraw).

(b) The Redraw will take place on the next business date after the Claim Period (Redraw Date).

(c) The Redraw will take place at the Promoter’s office or their nominee’s office using the same pool of entries that was used for the original Draw Date.

(d) The winner determined at the Redraw (the Redraw Winner) will be notified by the Promoter via email, and must confirm acceptance of the Prize within three (3) business days after that notification (the Redraw Claim Period).

(e) If the Redraw Winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize within the Redraw Claim Period, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and the Promoter is entitled to conduct further redraws, consistent with this clause 12, until a valid winner is confirmed.

13. Promotion

(a) The Winner consents to the Promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the Promoter and the business.

(b) The Winner may be required to participate in media activity and sign a release and consent form if requested by the Promoter.

14. Modifications and termination of the Prize

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Prize or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without liability. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Promoter's website.

(c) The Promoter may terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason prior to the Draw Date and, if required, with the prior written approval of the relevant regulatory body.

(d) If the Promoter terminates the Promotion prior to the Draw Date, then the Promoter will not proceed to conduct the Draw and no Eligible Participant or other person will be eligible to win any Prize under the Promotion.

15. Privacy

(a) The Promoter will use and retain for a reasonable period the personal information of each Eligible Participant for the following purposes:

(i) to communicate with the Eligible Participant regarding the Promotion; and
(ii) to verify that these terms and conditions have been complied with.

(b) An Eligible Participant’s personal information may be passed to our franchisees or a third party in order to process the Prize.

(c) Any other use of an Eligible Participant’s personal information will be in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here https://www.anytimefitness.com.au/privacy/ and in accordance with all applicable privacy and spam laws.

16. Dispute resolution

(a) A complaint about the Promotion, including about redeeming the Prize, may be made by contacting the Promotor at email to customerservice@anytimefitness.com.au

(b) Decisions of the Promoter in relation to any complaints are final and may be made in the Promoter’s complete and sole discretion.

17. Liability

(a) Subject to clauses 17(b) and 17(d), the Promoter is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by any Eligible Participant or any Winner in connection with the Promotion, including in connection with:

(i) late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or Prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
(ii) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion;
(iii) any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; or
(iv) any use of the Prizes or any tax liability incurred by the Winners as a result of winning or accepting the Prizes.

(b) Nothing under clause 17(a) limits any Eligible Participant or the Winner’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA).

(c) For all warranties connected to the Prizes, the Winners should direct any inquiries to the manufacturer and/or services provider.

(d) These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision, including but not limited to a provision of the CCA and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.‍

18. Miscellaneous

(a) To the extent of an inconsistency between the promotion details and these terms and conditions, the Promotion details prevail.

(b) If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to unforeseen events, technical failures, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

(c) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the Eligible Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in respect of any proceedings in connection with these terms and conditions.

(d) Unless stated otherwise, all dates and times referenced in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

LIFT THE WEIGHT CHALLENGE BUDDY PASS – 8 DAY TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Anytime Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 11 131 035 491), located at Level 2, 110 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065, is the promoter of the Lift The Weight Challenge Buddy Pass – 8 Day Trial. The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on 7 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 18 April 2026. It is open to individuals who have never been a member at any Anytime Fitness club (Guests) or whose previous membership ended on or before 1 January 2026 (Returning Guests), provided they are referred by a current, active Anytime Fitness member and attend the member’s home club during staffed hours, with that club participating in the promotion. Upon attending a participating club, Guests and Returning Guests will receive an eight (8) day free trial (the Trial Period), which begins on the date the Guest or Returning Guest completes their Anytime Fitness Guest Profile and ends at the expiry of the Trial Period. As of 1 July 2024, the recommended retail price (RRP) of a standard membership agreement is $24.95 per week. To enter, eligible participants must attend the home club of the referring member during staffed hours and complete their Anytime Fitness Guest Profile. To redeem the offer, eligible participants must attend a participating club during staffed hours and complete their Guest Profile to the satisfaction of the participating club; once completed and approved, access to the participating club will be granted for the Trial Period, subject to applicable conditions. Each participating club is independently owned and operated and may apply reasonable operational requirements in relation to the Trial Period.

1. The Promotion

(a) These terms and conditions and the promotion details govern the Promotion.

(b) The Promotion will run during the Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

(a) The Promotion is open to any individual who is an Eligible Participant, who complies with the Method of Entry.

(b) Each Eligible Participant is only entitled to one entry.

(i) held memberships which have now expired or are currently suspended at the time of entry;
(ii) are involved in conducting the Promotion or the management of any benefitting business in relation to the Promotion; or
(iii) are employed by the Promoter or immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of an existing employee of the Promoter,

are ineligible to participate.

(d) Individuals who are aged between 14 and 17 years old must:

(i) have the consent of their parent or legal guardian;
(ii) attend a Participating Club that is a Minors Approved Anytime Fitness Club; and
(iii) only access the Anytime Fitness Club during staffed hours.

3. The Offer

(b) The Trial Period cannot be frozen, and the Offer cannot be applied retrospectively.

(d) Eligible Participants 18 years old or over may access the Anytime Fitness Club outside of staffed hours provided the Anytime Fitness Club agrees to allow the Eligible Participant access outside of staffed hours.

(e) The Offer is available at Participating Clubs only. To find out if a Club is a Participating Club, and whether Guests are provided access outside of staffed hours, please contact the relevant Anytime Fitness Club directly.

4. Fees and Payments

(a) During the Trial Period, and subject to clause 6(b), a refundable fee may be payable for a Guest Access Key. Any Guest Access Key fee payable will be refunded to the Guest or Returning Guest at the end of the Trial Period, provided that any physical Guest Access Key is returned to the Anytime Fitness Club within two (2) calendar days of the Trial Period ending.

5. Participating in the Promotion

(a) By entering the Promotion, each Eligible Participant accepts these terms and conditions. The Promoter will randomly draw the winner of the Promotion (the Winner) from the pool of valid entries made by Eligible Participants during the Promotion Period using a random name generator (Draw) on the Draw Date.

(b) Any entry not in compliance with these terms and conditions is automatically invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject non-compliant or incomplete entries where it reasonably believes these terms and conditions have not been complied with.

(c) Each Eligible Participant is responsible for any expenses that they incur in relation to participating in the Promotion or redeeming the Offer. An Eligible Participant will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred other than as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.

(d) Each Eligible Participant or purported Eligible Participant will be disqualified from the Promotion, and will not be eligible for any Offer, if they:

(i) enter the Promotion without being eligible under clause 2;
(ii) tamper with the entry process including by using bots or other automatic or illicit means to enter the Promotion;

(iii) submit an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions;
(iv) engage in misleading or deceptive or fraudulent conduct or otherwise behave in a way that may (in the Promoter’s opinion) bring the Promoter into disrepute.

6. Redeeming the Offer

(a) The Eligible Participant must follow the Redemption Process outlined above to redeem the Offer.

(b) Access to the club during the Trial Period may be provided in a manner determined by the Participating Club (for example, temporary access credentials or a key fob). Participating Clubs may require proof of identity and may, at their discretion, require a refundable deposit or other reasonable conditions for the provision of access.

(c) Each Participating Club is independently owned and operated and may apply reasonable operational requirements in relation to the Trial Period.

(d) By redeeming the Offer, each Eligible Participant accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations of the Anytime Fitness Club they attend, including (but not limited to) those set out in the Guest Profile form and posted within the Anytime Fitness Club’s premises. Failure to adhere to any rules or regulations at the Anytime Fitness Club may result in termination of the Offer.

7. Modifications and termination of the Offer

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Offer or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Promoter's website.

8. Privacy

(a) The Promoter will use and retain for a reasonable period the personal information of each Eligible Participant for the following purposes:

(ii) administering and facilitating the Offer, including any associated logistics; and
