Apple Fitness+ is a fitness service available only with Apple. You can choose from a catalog of video and audio workouts and meditations led by expert trainers who also help curate music playlists for even more motivation.

You’ll need to download the Anytime Fitness app first. From there, you’ll find a prompt on the home screen to redeem your Apple Fitness+ subscription. Redemptions are completed within the Apple Fitness+ app.

For members, the Anytime Fitness app will prompt you 75 days after you were first issued a free subscription to redeem your next free 3 month subscription, or cancel your subscription. Just like with other subscriptions on Apple devices, you can check when the offer ends by going to Settings > [your name](Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store) > Subscriptions. For non-Anytime Fitness members, the paid subscription will automatically renew after 3 months from redeeming the code unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

No, only one subscription is offered per Anytime Fitness trial or membership.

Yes, to activate your offer, you will need to have an active Apple ID.

Available later this spring, all you need is iPhone 8 or later to subscribe to Apple Fitness+. You can also subscribe with an Apple Watch Series 3 or later paired with iPhone 6s or later. To get the newest features, make sure your devices are running the latest software version.

With iPhone, you can enjoy a fantastic Fitness+ experience with onscreen coaching, timers, and trainer callouts while also tracking your estimated Move ring progress. With Apple Watch, you also receive real-time personalised metrics onscreen, such as your heart rate and the calories you burn, in every workout. And you can monitor the progress of all three Activity rings onscreen and see celebrations when you close them.

You can find Apple Fitness+ in the centre tab of the Fitness app on iPhone. For Apple Watch, you can find Fitness+ Audio Workouts in the Workout app and Fitness+ Audio Meditations in the Mindfulness app. For iPad, the Fitness app is available for iPhone or Apple Watch users to download from the App Store. The Fitness app is also available on Apple TV.

Yes. Fitness+ is created for everyone, from beginners to advanced, with modifications to adjust the level of intensity up or down in every workout. You choose the type of workout, the duration, and the trainer — it’s entirely up to you. There’s also a Program called Workouts for Beginners for anyone who wants to learn the basics.

It depends on the workout you choose. While most don’t require any equipment, for some you may need things like dumbbells, a yoga mat, an indoor cycling bike, a rowing machine, or a treadmill. Other helpful equipment might include iPhone stands, yoga blocks, resistance bands, or a meditation cushion or mat. You can use any brand of equipment at home or in the gym.

The Apple Fitness+ promotional offer is open to new and existing members of an Australian Anytime Fitness club. Access begins by subscribing to Apple Fitness+, on a compatible device using the Anytime Fitness app, and continues for the lifetime of the membership unless the offer is suspended, withdrawn or terminated (whichever occurs earlier). Reactivation of Apple Fitness+ is required every 3 months to maintain complimentary access. If the offer has not been reactivated for a further 3-months, the payment card on file will be charged the monthly subscription fee ($14.99 AUD), by Apple, and will automatically renew until cancelled. To claim the offer, you must have access to a compatible device where the Apple Fitness+ and Anytime Fitness Australia apps are accessible. All personal information collected will be processed in accordance with Apple and Anytime Fitness Australia’s Privacy Policies.
