Join the Anytime Fitness Stronger for Good Challenge! This free event, sponsored by Anytime Fitness and the HeartFirst Charitable Foundation, supports the Movemeant Foundation, which empowers young women with the tools to be active and feel confident about their bodies. You can help raise essential funding to support Movemeant by logging your workouts December 1 – 31!
Every day you complete a fitness goal, whether you run, lift, walk, or stretch, the HeartFirst Charitable Foundation will grant an additional $1 to the Movemeant Foundation. Best of all, it’s free to participate!
Who can participate? Anyone who wants to support the health and wellness of others. If you’re a member at an Anytime Fitness club, tap the Join button and search the team list to find your location. If you’re not a member, we’d love to have you join us! You can choose the No Team option. You can also invite your friends, family and colleagues to participate with you.

How to Participate:
During the event, complete daily fitness activities to earn points toward your personal score on the live event leaderboard (see the Rules tab for info on what activities count).
How to Track Activities:

Connected Apps & Devices – visit your Profile and go to Connected Devices. Use Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Strava, or Google Fit to seamlessly track your daily activities!

Check into Gyms & Fitness studios – tap the (+) icon from your dashboard to open the gym check-in function. When you’re within 400 feet of your gym, you’ll be able to check-in! Gym not listed in the app? Click the Add Gym button and send us your gym name and address. It will be added within 48 hours. *Note – Anytime Fitness encourages safe fitness and activity. Do not go to your gym if it is unsafe to do so.

Manually Record Activities – tap the (+) icon from your dashboard to open the Manual Entry form. Enter your activity of within 48 hours of completing your activity to earn points. Activities must be 30+ minutes. See here for more info.
Free 7-Day Passes are only available for new customers who live or work nearby. Most Anytime Fitness locations have a drop-in charge for non-residents who want to use the gym for a short period of time. If you cannot provide proof of local residency, you may be charged a fee to use this club.
