After years of going through the challenges of staying healthy while balancing a busy work and life schedule, Ryan and Julie Murphy decided to open their first Anytime Fitness in 2013. Their vision was to provide a state of the art fitness facility that meets the needs of people looking for a convenient, fun, and motivating place to work out. They believe that the Anytime Fitness model is a great fit for this vision with their clean and inviting design coupled with its surprisingly personable service. Currently they own three gyms, and are enjoying helping people get to a healthier place.
Andrew has had an extensive athletic background which started as a kid and progressed through his later years of college. He naturally discovered the benefits of health and fitness since high school mainly to better himself both on and off the field. After an extensive accounting, finance, and general business background, Andrew followed his true passions in life by joining the Anytime Team! Andrew has a deep love and passion for personal training. He takes joy in providing a facility, a staff, and a community to help others reach their health and fitness goals!
From his roots as a hockey player, Eric has always been motivated and passionate about taking his fitness goals to the next level. Eric joined the Anytime Fitness team and was inspired by the unique and supportive environment as well as the ability to use his graphic design and marketing skills to help the club continue to spread awareness about our mission which is to build a close knit community by personally motivating and supporting members, while making working out fun and rewarding.
Amy has been obsessed with Zumba for many years, and got licensed to share that obsession (meaning, to teach classes) in July 2013. Zumba helped her lose 45 pounds of baby weight, and now, in her mid-30s, she is in the best shape she’s been in since college, thanks to Zumba! Zumba is exercise in disguise - it is FUN, exciting and allows for creative expression. Participants enjoy Amy's unique music choices, big smile and positive approach to life. There is no pressure to do every step "right"; just keep moving and have an awesome time! Zumba is great for all levels of fitness - Amy provides modifications to tone the moves up or down, so it's an enjoyable experience for everyone. When is the last time you SMILED, LAUGHED and DANCED your way through 400+ calories? Join Amy for Zumba on Saturdays at 9:30am!
Maria started at a young age in the field of fitness and athletics as a gymnast. Her dedication to improve her strength and performance translated into training for World’s Gym in Hamilton, NJ. She ventured into the Health and Wellness Center at Robert Wood Johnson for four years before she opened up a franchise business in the plumbing industry. Maria after being a home trainer for several years decided to join Anytime Fitness where she continues to exercise her passions for helping people feel comfortable and helping them reach their goals. She is AAA-I/ISMA certified in Pre/post Natal fitness, Older Adult fitness, and Kids & Teen fitness. She focuses on body fat loss, toning, and strength training.
