Caroline Valites has been teaching Forrest Yoga for seven years. She teaches with care and encouragement to challenge her students. Caroline has a passion for yoga and takes satisfaction in inspiring people to achieve ultimate potential in well being and health. The pillars of Forrest Yoga are Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. Each class is unique and engaging with a focus on strength, concentration, breath and core.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I help people reach their health and fitness goals by helping them improve their diets. I believe in the importance of evidence-based information to guide your nutrition choices. Weather it be weight loss, managing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or eating better to feel better, I can help you make and maintain changes in your diet to help you reach your goal.
After motivating myself in the gym for years I decided to turn my motivation and passion into a career. In the classroom I’ve been able to take what I learned and apply it to real life settings. I’ve also extended my training by becoming certified to teach TRX. I look forward to creating new and fun workout plans for you.
She has practiced yoga for 7 years and became certified to teach in 2014. Yoga proved to be a way for her to slow down and become more present in a fast-paced city. Melissa grew up as a dancer and because of this, she was mostly drawn to Vinyasa Yoga. Being able to connect breath to movement on the mat became a meditative dance, which she now brings to the students she teaches. Her training also comes from the styles of Iyengar and Jivamukti and both are incorporated in her Vinyasa classes. Melissa teaches a well-balanced class that is suitable for all levels. Her goal is to create a safe and open space for the student to explore his/her own practice and leave feeling invigorated and rejuvenated
I strive to incorporate lifestyle changes focusing on weight loss, core stability, diet, and overall wellness. My exercise science background will implement a well-balanced workout plan while focusing on your needs and desires. Lets burn some calories and pump some serious iron!
