My name is Phil Pierce, and I am excited to be joining the team here at Anytime Fitness. In addition to being a certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, I am an elite level strength athlete, lifetime martial artist, and veteran. This translates to thousands of hours of time under the bar, on the mats, and in the field all of which I bring to bear when helping people to achieve their goals. I believe in simple, efficient and proven training methods that utilize compound barbell movements paired with mobility and conditioning work. This method has helped me develop the goals of professional fighters, front line soldiers, middle aged mother and fathers, and athletes of all ages.
