I am originally from Billings! I received my degree from Carroll college in Helena where I played football(Go Saints!). I enjoy all sports, so when I am not in the gym you will find me at lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey and if you have any questions, please stop in and see me.
I am a native of Puerto Rico and an ISSA certified personal trainer. My goal as a trainer is to serve all member's with integrity, competence, objectivity and impartiality and always putting the member and their needs first. In my free time I am spending time with my family, hiking, biking, reading and taking photos.
I received my BS in Health & Human Performance from the University of Montana (Go Griz!). I am ACSM Certified as a Health Fitness Specialist Specializing in Weight Loss, Special Populations, and Functional Training.
Zac is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a native of Wyoming. Zac’s road to a healthy lifestyle wasn’t exactly paved from the beginning. The self-described chubby, awkward teenager took control of his fitness during college dropping over 50 pounds by educating himself on proper nutrition, weight and cardiovascular training. Zac’s passion for fitness and overall well-being grew during this time as he saw and felt how much a comprehensive program can impact the way you look at yourself and the world, a valuable lesson that he hopes to teach others. After earning his degree, Zac spent five years in Public Relations/Marketing (also moving from coast to coast before coming back to the mid-west). While he loved the creativity of the industry, he realized that the best part of his day was the gym.
