I am originally from Billings! I received my degree from Carroll college in Helena where I played football(Go Saints!). I enjoy all sports, so when I am not in the gym you will find me at lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. I've been in the fitness Industry for 17+years. I enjoy running, road biking ,skiing and golf. I'm AFAA certified and have taught cycling, kickboxing and bootcamp. In my free time, you can find me outside taking advantage of all Montana has to offer.
