At our Purcellville, Virginia health club, you can exercise any time using your own security-access key! That’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We give all of our members one free training session with our professional training staff so that you can start your health and fitness journey off on the right foot with a customized workout designed just for you!

  • Sunday: no staffed hours 

Please note: Appointments for tours and pricing information are highly recommended! This allows us to focus our attention on your needs and answer all of your questions at a time that works best for you. If you find that our staffed hours do not align to your availability, please let us know so that we can arrange a special appointment time for you. 

*Because our management team all have children in the LoCo school system, we do not have staffed hours on days that LoCo schools are closed (holidays, teacher workdays, inclement weather closings, etc.). Thank you for understanding our need to balance work and home life!

Group Exercise Options Available 24 Hours Per Day! 

Our memberships include group exercise. We offer live instructor classes and virtual classes, including Les Mills content. Please check out our schedule below, our regular class instructors are all certified personal trainers in addition to being certified in the subject of the class they  are teaching. This ensures that we can provide the safest, most beneficial instruction to our members, regardless of your fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced! If you don't see a regularly scheduled time that works for you, don't worry – all members have access to our virtual class system so you can take a class any time of day that works for you!

Members can view our schedule online and sign up for classes using the "Reserve Group Fitness" link above. Non-members can try our classes for free when you sign up for a free trial pass.

Full Body Workout























Cycle: Music, sweat, calories, cardio, and FUN! Jump on one of our customizable Life Fitness GX series indoor bikes and start peddling to some great tunes! Cycle classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels, choreographed to awesome music. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. All levels welcome!


Cyclone: Everything you ever wanted in a cycle class PLUS a few strength challenges mixed in! This is a super high intensity cardio + upper body strength workout – mixing cycling with upper body strength exercises as well as a few challenges off the bike (battle ropes, squats, lunges, etc.). You’ve never experienced anything like Cyclone before, but we guarantee you’ll LOVE it! All levels welcome!


AF – X: Anytime Fitness intensity AND fun! AF-X is a total body conditioning challenge – that full throttle bootcamp-style workout that you’ve been craving! Strength, cardio, agility, functional training indoors, outdoors – it’s a cross-discipline fitness class that keeps you strong and fit but never leaves you feeling bored!


Bars, Bells & Balls: Exactly what it sounds like with a heavy dose of fun injected into every class! The class uses a circuit-like approach with stations that use variety of different equipment and exercises to sculpt and strengthen – body bars, dumbbells, bands, steps, tubes, etc. The class is set to interval timers and music to keep that heart pumping and those calories burning. All levels welcome.


Barre Tone: Ever wonder how ballerinas get those fabulously toned bods without all of the bulk? Barre Tone class uses a combination of conditioning and strengthening exercises, pilates philosophies and a ballet barre for stability and core work to get fit, lift your seat, burn fat, and sculpt longer, leaner muscles! Don’t be deceived - just because this class doesn’t use heavy weights doesn’t mean you won’t be exhausted when you leave! All levels welcome, great for those seeking a low impact class.


Strength: Tired of the machines but still need to build muscle? This is a hard-core strength workout using dumbbells, barbells, etc. to sculpt and strengthen your body. No excuses! All levels welcome.


Tabatas: Need a chance of pace? Experience ultimate conditioning at its best! Tabatas is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. See how hard you can push yourself for 20 seconds of maximum intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 sets. Each of the four minute dynamic intervals contain simple, yet intense, movement designed to fatigue specific areas of the body. Tabatas has been proven to increase fat loss and improve stamina. All levels welcome.


Full Body Workout: Kick your fitness program into high gear with this incredible circuit workout that is a perfect mix of cardio and strength. Work your way through stations that will help you develop strength, stamina and agility. This class will expose your body to cardio, abdominal and upper and lower strength training. All levels welcome.


Step: Keep your mind busy while you body moves and your heart pumps. Using a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. Your coordination may be tested at times! If you want strong legs, a lifted butt and functionally fit core – step this way!


Yoga by Erin: This all level vinyasa flow yoga class involves active movement and poses that are connected with breath.  This energetic yoga class is built around sun salutations and is often considered "Power Yoga".  This transforming practice creates heat within the body to create flexibility, builds strength and restores balance.


Yoga by Tess: You will challenge your body to balance, lengthen and strengthen. Keep it fun while focusing on breathing and accepting yourself for where you are in your practice and committing to move forward. At the end of our asanas we settle into savasana coming back to our breath and a nice little neck massage. Come get on the mat!!!
