Working out is about to get a lot easier and a lot more fun!  No more excuses about an inconvenient gym location, limited hours or limited equipment and classes.  At our Purcellville, Virginia health club, you can exercise any time using your own security-access key! That’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

 

Staffed Hours, Week of 9/29/14

  • Monday: 10am-1pm, 4pm-7pm
  • Tuesday: 10am-1pm
  • Wednesday: 10am-1pm, 4pm-7pm 
  • Thursday, Friday: 10am-1pm
  • Saturday: 9am-1pm 
  • Sunday: No staffed hours

Please note: Appointments for tours and pricing information are highly recommended! This allows us to focus our attention on your needs and answer all of your questions at a time that works best for you. If you find that our staffed hours do not align to your availability, please let us know so that we can arrange a special appointment time for you.

Cycle: Music, sweat, calories, cardio, and FUN! Jump on one of our customizable Life   Fitness GX series indoor bikes and start peddling to some great tunes! Cycle classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels, choreographed to awesome music. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. All levels welcome!

Cyclone: Everything you ever wanted in a cycle class PLUS a few strength challenges mixed in! This is a super high intensity workout – mixing cycling with upper body strength exercises as well as a few challenges off the bike (battle ropes, squats, lunges, etc.). You’ve never experienced anything like Cyclone before, but we guarantee you’ll LOVE it!

 AF – X: Anytime Fitness Intensity plus Anytime Fitness Fun! AF-X is a total body conditioning challenge – that full throttle bootcamp-style workout that you’ve been craving! Strength, cardio, agility, indoors, outdoors – it’s a cross-discipline fitness class that keeps you strong and fit but never leaves you feeling bored!

Bars, Bells & Balls: Exactly what it sounds like with a heavy dose of fun injected into every class! The class uses a circuit-like approach with stations that use variety of different equipment and exercises to sculpt and strengthen – body bars, dumbbells, bands, steps, tubes, etc. The class is set to interval timers and music to keep that heart pumping and those calories burning.

Body Strength: Who says great bodies only come from hard work? We believe having fun is just as important! Challenge all of your major muscle groups in every class with squats, presses, lifts and curls – all choreographed to awesome music that makes you want to work harder than you ever thought possible. All levels welcome, our certified instructors will advise you on how to adjust your weights to match your fitness level.

Barre Tone: Ever wonder how ballerinas get those fabulously toned bods without all of the bulk? Barre Tone class uses a combination of conditioning and strengthening exercises, pilates philosophies and a ballet barre for stability and core work to get fit,  lift your seat, burn fat, and sculpt longer, leaner muscles! Don’t be deceived - just because this class doesn’t use heavy weights doesn’t mean you won’t be exhausted when you leave! All levels welcome, exercises can be adjusted to meet your fitness level.

AF – 30:  No more excuses! Join us for a jam-packed 30 minute cardio that will change every week so that you can avoid the pitfalls of boring workouts! Step, abs, barre, interval training…..we’ll wake up your heart, speed up that metabolism and help you ditch those pesky calories. Have no fear – we can sweat a lot in just 30 minutes! By the way…did we mention it’s only 30 minutes?!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:  An all level yoga class that involves active movement and poses that are connected with breath.  This energetic yoga class is built around sun salutations and is often considered "Power Yoga".  This transforming practice creates heat within the body to create flexibility, builds strength and restores balance.
