It starts at home by leading my family with healthier alternatives, staying active as a family, and treating our body with kindness to be strong and healthy. With parenthood, stress overload, and no clear plan of action, it’s easy to fall prey to an inactive lifestyle and feeling insecure in your own body. I’m here to tell you can put yourself first.
I’m here to teach how correct movement patterns can get you out of pain, build trust your body, and build confidence in and outside the gym when you commit to daily healthy habits.
I love movement and music so when the two are paired up like Team Training, we are in a fierce environment to take our fitness to a new level of energy and intensity. In a 1:1 session you get my full attention to detail of how your body moves, what it may need for extra support in nutrition and recovery strategies.

I am a 2006 graduate of Stetson University with a Bachelor's in Finance and started my career path at Northern Trust as an investment professional. After I had my daughter Ava (who is my world!), I didn't return to the finance industry because it just wasn't my passion.
In 2014 I started my fitness journey and realized it was my passion to teach and motivate others with their health & fitness goals. I've been coaching since 2015 and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level-1 Trainer, NASM Nutrition Specialist and CPR/AED certified. I am grateful for all the lives I have touched, and I look forward to helping so many more with their journey to better health!

Since 2002 I worked for El Milagro in Chicago, IL. and overtime I was promoted to supervisor, it was a bit difficult since I had to deal with every situation that arose at work, but it was a great experience for my life. I am very passionate about health and wellness as a whole. I have dealt with trials and tribulations in my life (as we all do) and found through my own experience just how vital fitness was for me not only on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level as well. My goal is to provide hope and to help others overcome their struggles in order to become the best possible version of themselves. Two key concepts that I live by today are: striving for progress rather than perfection and learning to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
