Shauna was very athletic as a kid growing up and enjoyed playing soccer and softball her whole childhood. Since playing sports ceased into adulthood, being active wasn't prioritized and weight began to creep up on her. In 2013 she became a mother and struggled with getting rid of the baby weight. A few years passed and in 2017, she decided she had enough. She lost 35 pounds, got engaged to be married, and became pregnant again all within that year. Once again, fitness went on the back burner and by 2020 she joined Anytime Fitness as a member. Shauna dove head first into exercise and healthy eating with consistency and hasn't turned back. She had a total 50 pound weight loss and had completely fallen in love with fitness once she realized how much it can change your life not only physically, but mentally as well. She chose to get certified as a Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine so she could share her passion and help others achieve their goals.

Zach’s fitness journey started at 12 years-old when he started exercising because he wanted to be bigger and stronger. Over time this grew into an intense passion for physical fitness, constantly wanting to learn more about how the human body functioned and adapted to exercise, eventually leading him to become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida. Along with his degree, he also completed an Internship with Select Physical Therapy and earned his CrossFit Level 1 Certification in the pursuit of being able to help anybody reach the goals they set out to achieve across all aspects of health and fitness!

Colton has had a rollercoaster of a relationship with fitness. Starting in 2009, he began training with his first Personal Trainer. He didn’t know it at the time, but he had just taken his first steps toward achieving his dream body. In 2011, his goal was to lose enough weight to join the Marine Corps, and in 2012, he made his goal. While serving in the Marine Corps, Colton fell in love with lifting and fitness, leading his unit physical training sessions as well as pushing his friends and fellow marines in one-on-one sessions. After the Marine corps, stress and other mental health blocks kept him out of the gym and led to significant weight gain, which Colton would hold onto until the pandemic. In January 2021, he became a client at Anytime Fitness. He he has fallen in love with fitness again so much so he pursued his personal training certification. Colton’s goal is to help others to overcome the pitfalls that he struggled with and help others develop a passion for fitness.

John turned his passion into a career and became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. His focus is on helping mainstream America become healthier and more confident through physical activity and general fitness knowledge.
He adheres to the idea that true fitness must encompass four disciplines: muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and proper nutrition. Further, the four disciplines must become a way of life in order for an individual to maintain the lifestyle he or she envisions. John does not agree with any “fad diet plan” or “quick fix”. With this in mind, John has adopted a philosophy of proper technique and cross training in order to avoid injuries and monotony.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, becomes physically stronger, tone, train for a certain event, or increase your general fitness knowledge, John can help you out.

Clayton started his fitness training in high school to meet his goal of joining the United States Marine Corps. He succeeded in joining the Marine Corps in August of 2018! Due to his outstanding fitness routine, he became top of his graduating class. After the Marine Corps he wanted to share his knowledge and help other people reach their goals. He became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA.

My passion for fitness began in high school. I played soccer my entire life, but I really enjoyed the intensity shift in the training once I got into high school soccer. I experienced lots of injuries while playing, horrible knee pain and lots of physical therapy. That really sparked an interest in learning more how the body works and the training I could be doing to prevent injury. I began coaching soccer, I enjoyed teaching and helping my players reach their goals. All of this encouraged me to get my bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Sport Coaching from the University of West Florida. But I still wanted to do more, so I got my Personal Training Certification through ISSA and began my journey into the fitness world. I want to help people reach their goals! My goal is to help others become their healthiest and most confident self, whatever that looks like to you, I want to help you get there however I can

Alex developed a passion for fitness in high school while playing football. Seeing many preventable injuries happen to the players, he decided to make it his life goal to get people to their goals pain free. After graduating from UWF with a degree in exercise science, he then completed physical therapy internships at the Medical Center Clinic and Andrew’s Institute. He also went back to UWF as a teaching assistant to help new trainers learn and coach proper movement. Alex makes sure you know the proper movement patterns first so that when tougher exercises become doable, you can do them with perfect form and more importantly, pain free.

Morgan started her fitness journey when she was around 17 years old. She knew she didn’t want to be overweight forever. She lost the weight she wanted and developed a huge passion for working out and being fit. She could be found in the gym every day. She decided to pursue a degree in exercise science to not only be able to help others achieve their goals, but also to learn more about how our bodies operate. Over the course of time, life happened, the gym and eating healthy wasn’t a priority, so she put her goals on the back burner. She graduated with a bachelors in exercise science in 2021, but by that time, she had two kids and was further from her goals more than ever. She knew it was time to take control. Over the course of 10 months, Morgan lost 80 pounds! She is incredibly passionate about helping others reach their healthiest self!
