Andrew is a UConn graduate with a BS in Psychology. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise. He has over 12 years of experience training people and managing fitness centers. Andrew enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding in his free time.
My Name is Al Berardi and I am a former Pro Athlete and NCAA Division 1 Athlete. I Attended Georgia Tech for 2 years where I was the School Record holder in the Pole Vault and obtained my Degree in Studio Art at Binghamton University, NY. I am a USATF certified Track Coach and taught Pole Vault for 10 years and retired from Active competition in 2012. I obtained a Personal Trainer Certification from the NCCPT in the DC area of Virginia in 2012 and have managed and trained in gyms over the last few years. I have worked with Anytime Fitness in other states and I love the member focus we have. I look forward to bringing my love of fitness and social nature to creating great experiences for members here in these clubs.
I attended SCSU and have my Bachelor's in Secondary Education with a minor in Health Promotion and Nutrition. However, by the end of my college career, my interest and passion for fitness grew to the point where I wanted to pursue it not only as a hobby and lifestyle but also as a career. I am an AFTA CPT and hold C.O.R.E. and Advanced C.O.R.E. certifications. I am very passionate about my own fitness and results as well as the fitness results of others. I began strength training and cardio about 17 years ago and have grown to love fitness more and more with each passing year. I am also an NPC figure competitor having placed top five at the national level. I enjoy sharing my fitness journey successes and I look forward to hearing yours too and being a part of your success!!
Meghan graduated college in 2005 with a BS in Physical Education/Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. She believes that a balance of proper nutrition, strength training, mobility work and metabolic conditioning will lead to success in her client's health and wellness goals. Personally, she likes to train hard, enjoys lifting heavy weights, performing high intensity metabolic training and also enjoys getting outside for runs on her off days. She takes pride in the fact that she is able to inspire and challenge others through life's difficulties by staying healthy and active!
Scott has his B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Norwich University. He has been a small business owner for over 18 years and has been a fitness enthusiast his entire life! He is CPR/AED certified, in fact he was an EMT. Scott has a passion for fitness and helping people. His vision for our Anytime Fitness' is to impact as many people as possible toward leading healthier and happier lives.

Joyce Hyde earned her B.A. from UCLA and is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 30+ yrs. fitness industry experience where she has served as a Trainer, Program Director, Single Unit and Multi-Site Mgr., V.P. & Independent Consultant. A former professional dancer and 3 time Ms. Fitness USA National competitor, Joyce is excited to join the Anytime team as Area Director for the West Hartford, Glastonbury, Cromwell, Ellington, and Somers locations.

Kim has her B.S. in Kinesiology / Fitness from California State University, Long Beach. She is our Fitness Director at the West Hartford location as well as one of our personal trainers. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also holds their more advanced certifications; Performance Enhancment Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has logged more than 7000 training hours so ask her for help!
Ashley is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and also has a FMS-1 certification. She loves to impact peoples lives by helping them achieve their fitness goals. She wants to provide her clients with an inspiring and motivating workout environment.
B.S in Sports Management, Recreation and Tourism from Springfield College. NASM - CPT CPR/AED and First Aid. I became a personal trainer to share my passion of health and fitness with people who desire assistance in achieving their goals. I want to be the coach I never had and the one everyone wants to have.
Jennifer is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as an MMA Conditioning Specialist. She is CPR/ AED certified. Jennifer began her career in fitness as a Health and Fitness major at CCSU. After starting a family, her career goals (and fitness) took a back seat to the demands of being a stay at home, and later, full time working wife, and mother of two active teenage boys. After becoming fed up with weight gain and having zero stamina, Jen used what knowledge she had to change, rebuilding her level of fitness as well as her knowledge. This path is what led her back to making a career of fitness, so as to help others who are also fed up and ready for change.
About Me: Graduated from UCONN with a nutrition degree looking to help improve the community and peoples' lives through proper nutrition and exercise! Motivation/Inspiration: I want everyone to feel confident about themselves and in their abilities. Exercise has done that for me, and I want to share that with everyone that I can! Education: BS in Nutrition from UCONN, NASM personal training certification, CPR/First aid certified
Stephen graduated with a B.S. Exercise Science from University of Connecticut. He is CPR/AED certified and CSCS certified. He is an elite level powerlifter that competes in the 181 division. He wants to show people that anything is possible when you really want it and work hard for it. Stephen likes helping people achieve their goals and becoming happier and healthier through fitness.
