PURE CARDIO- with Jude

This class alternates heart-pumping cardio routines with lower intensity movements for a full body workout. Using high intensity interval training (HIIT) means that we work hard for shorter amounts of time before moving into “active recoveries” where we bring our heart rates down and focus on strengthening different muscle groups at a more controlled and slower pace.   You will find yourself wondering where that hour went when you leave feeling energized, strong and happy!  This class is great for all fitness levels.



Get ready to kick some booty! Strength, endurance, explosion, power: You can have it all in this high-intensity circuit style work-out that incorporates weight training and whips you into sweaty shape fast!



A fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends interval training with kickboxing movements. Get your heart pumping by punching jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts.  Get your lower body toned by performing front kicks and roundhouse kicks.  This workout will kick your body right into shape.
