Get ready to kick some booty! Strength, endurance, explosion, power: You can have it all in this high-intensity circuit style work-out that incorporates weight training and whips you into sweaty shape fast!



A fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends interval training with kickboxing movements. Get your heart pumping by punching jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts.  Get your lower body toned by performing front kicks and roundhouse kicks.  This workout will kick your body right into shape.

A circuit style class that alternates between low intensity strength training and high intensity cardio intervals. This class also incorporates core exercises for an all over, full body calorie burn. Add a little variety to your training program with this high passed work-out!






Tabata is a form of interval training. You will be able to expect 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, with a total of 4 minutes for each exercise. This class will consists of 4 exercises that can be modified for any fitness level. The second half of the class will be focusing on core exercises and followed by guided stretching.

Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
