Danelle is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Mankato Minnesota. With years of experience, she is passionate in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Her commitment to everyone at Anytime is to create an environment that is fun and motivating and where everyone feels like family. She understands the difficulty of getting started into a fitness routine as she used to hate any type of exercise when she was young. For as long as I can remember I have always loved any kind of physical activity especially those involving competition. When I was a child my parents had a rule that I could not do cartwheels on the roof. I played many different sports while growing up. My favorite has always been hockey. My love of hockey turned into a coaching career. I have been coaching hockey and training youth hockey players/college athletes for the last 4 years. I played college club Rugby and have been involved with the SMSU rugby team as a coach since I have graduated. Outside of sports and exercise I like to read books about historical social movements. Because of my experience in fitness, I have a passion for keeping myself fit and having a lifestyle in which health and exercise are priorities. Because I know the benefits of exercise in my own life, and because I have studied Exercise Science in college, I know how to help other people learn to make health and fitness a habit.
