Kelly believes that fitness should always be fun! She was a member of Anytime Fitness Auburn for 3 years prior to joining our staff. "I learned to be comfortable in a gym here at Anytime Fitness, and I developed a fitness routine that is always changing, challenging, and fun! I want people to have fun at the gym and enjoy the time they are taking out of their day to be active. " Kelly is passionate about seeing people make lifestyle changes that benefit the person not only physically, but also mentally. "My favorite success stories aren't only the ones dedicated to weight loss, but also the people who have been able to change their entire outlook on life." Kelly believes that these changes can and do happen here at Anytime Fitness and she values her contribution to creating change and promoting health. My true joy is teaching others how to do the same and watching lives change."
Jolene is passionate about health and fitness. Jolene inspires our members with high energy, enthusiasm and knowledge, whether it be in a GroupFitness class or a Personal Traning session. She enjoys working with her clients & helping them reach their fitness goals. Jolene also values all the relationships she has developed over the past 2 years while being an Auburn Anytime Fitness team member. She currently teaches Zumba, Weight Training, Boot Camp and Spin Class. Jolene holds Personal Training & Group Exercise certifications with the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.
I have been a Spinning Instructor for more than 14 years and take joy in helping others challenge themselves. Working out, eating right and staying fit are very important to me and I always encourage others to do the same. Exercising in a group atmosphere is a wonderful way to meet others and to be held accountable for your fitness progress while engaging in a fun, physical activity. In 2007 I started weight training and in 2011 I competed in a NPC Figure Competition and placed 3rd in the open class. Since then I have added substantial muscle, maintained a lean physique and continued with a clean diet. I just recently completed my ACE Personal Training Certification and am eager to start my Personal Trainer position and help people reach their goals.
Michael Stephens is a passionate personal trainer who loves connecting with people and helping them reach their goals. As a nationally competitive boxer and Heavyweight Golden Glove Champion, Michael understands the power of discipline and the mindset it takes to push through the barriers that stand between us and our goals. Michael is also extremely passionate about cooking (and eating lol), and as a certified Weight Management Specialist, he'd love to share some healthy and easy tips that he's learned in his kitchen.. Whether its a one on one session, or just a conversation on the gym floor, Michael is committed to contribute his skills to your success!
Stephanie believes movement is a gift. Her passion for fitness came from being without normal mobility for many years, as a result of a major auto accident changing her life completely. After eight surgeries, physical therapy and her own trainer, she is now helping others achieve their goals. Her motivation is to better your quality of life, make it a lifestyle and teach you how to maintain it, forever. In her years of experience, she has worked with all age groups and goals. Steph attended Bryan University online, graduated November 2010 with an Associate’s Degree Occupational Science in Advanced Health and Fitness and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist and has completed YogaFit Level 1 training.
