Justin is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and also a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the Fitness Institute in Boca Raton, FL. In his off time he enjoys training for strongman competitions, golf, baseball, football, and softball.

Ken is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also certified as a nutritional specialist through DETC. Ken specializes in weight loss and circuit training. In his free time he likes to play sports such as volleyball, basketball, and football.
