Ms. Danielle Lanteri is our Operations and Sales Manager. She has a long and wonderful background in Health and Fitness in both sales and operations, and as an instructor in Aquatic fitness and Aquatic aerobics. In fact, Ms. Lanteri is AAA/ISMA certified in water aerobics, and specializes in chair aerobics and aquatic therapy for seniors. She is committed to spiritual and physical fitness, and is also a firm believer in holistic and alternative approaches to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
Our Training talent starts with our Head Trainer and Fitness Class Program Manager Michael Shaw. Michael is a certified fitness trainer and sports performance nutrition specialist. Michael has a long success rate with clients from weight loss and athletic training to bodybuilding. He’s also active in Fitness Modeling, and continues to train and mentor others in the fields of Fitness Modeling and Pageant preparation. When he's not training and coaching, he's busy as a member of the Maryland Advisory Council on Physical Fitness, and also writes fitness columns for the Middletown Transcript!
Our array of talented trainers continues with Ryan Murzyn! Ryan is a certified fitness trainer, fitness model, and sports peformance nutrition specialist. He originally attained many of his enviable skills from the National Personal Training Institute of Philadelphia, and has quickly garnered a fantastic success rate in redefining physiques. Ryan’s passion for fitness and personal wellness is without measure. In addition to general fitness, Ryan specializes in TRX, HIIT, sports specific training, bodybuilding, and boot camps!
Saiid Tejan-Kamara is one of the most popular Professional Bodybuilders in the tri-state area! He's also co-owner of our fantastic gym, and is also one of our Fitness Trainers and Fitness Class instructors. Saiid is both an IFPA Professional bodybuilder and IFBB Professional competitor, and for over 5 years, he has assisted many men and women in general fitness and coached several 1st place status winners in Male bodybuilding and Female Figure competitions! Saiid is also WITS and AAAI/ISMA certified in personal training and sports performance nutrition.
