Cody Bailey is the Personal Training Director at Anytime Fitness Alexandria & Pineville. Cody has been training with friends, family & clients for 5 years. His two main goals are to first serve the members of Anytime Fitness by helping them achieve & maintain their fitness goals, and secondly to raise the overall awareness level about health and fitness for the CenLa area.
Hailey Waters is the General Manger of Anytime Fitness Alexandria & Pineville. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology from LSU. Hailey has been in the fitness industry for 8 years and her favorite aspect of fitness is nutritional education and counseling. Hailey's goal is to continue to raise awareness about the health benefits of fitness in Alexandria and Pineville.
Stephan is a student at LSUA majoring in Business and plans to one day open his own gym. He completed a 6 month body transformation, during that time he gained over 15 pounds of solid muscle. Stephan is originally from African and he wants to be the best fitness expert in the area. He enjoys sales, marketing, training and developing relationships with clients.
My name is Faith Thomason, I'm married to my best friend and work out partner Christian Thomason. Whatever I do in life, my goal is to be the best at it; whether it's physical fitness, family, racing, or anything else. Jarvous Felton is studying Exercise Science at Louisiana College and is also a member of the Louisiana College Football team. He has been in the fitness industry for 3 years and has experience working with youth, athletes, and weight loss clients. Jarvous's goal is to help clients change their lifestyle's and to promote lifestyle changes in the Alexandria and Pineville area.
Phil Baker is a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness Alexandria & Pineville. He is a double major at Louisiana College in Health and Wellness and Criminal Justice and will graduate in May 2015. Phil was also a member of the Louisiana College Football team and was invited to the 2015 Dream Bowl. Phil has been in the fitness industry over 5 years mainly focusing in strength and explosion training. He is an expert in helping clients reduce body fat and increasing muscle mass. Phil enjoys working directly with clients and motivating them to push to the next level.
