Hailey Waters is the General Manger of Anytime Fitness Alexandria & Pineville. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology from LSU. Hailey has been in the fitness industry for 8 years and her favorite aspect of fitness is nutritional education and counseling. Hailey's goal is to continue to raise awareness about the health benefits of fitness in Alexandria and Pineville.
Stephan is a student at LSUA majoring in Business and plans to one day open his own gym. He completed a 6 month body transformation, during that time he gained over 15 pounds of solid muscle. Stephan is originally from African and he wants to be the best fitness expert in the area. He enjoys sales, marketing, training and developing relationships with clients.
Jarvous Felton is studying Exercise Science at Louisiana College and is also a member of the Louisiana College Football team. He has been in the fitness industry for 3 years and has experience working with youth, athletes, and weight loss clients. Jarvous's goal is to help clients change their lifestyle's and to promote lifestyle changes in the Alexandria and Pineville area.
Jordan is a student at Louisiana College and a member of the Louisiana College Lady Wildcats softball team. She just recently complete TRX group training certification.
Phil Baker is a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness Alexandria & Pineville. He is a double major at Louisiana College in Health and Wellness and Criminal Justice and will graduate in May 2015. Phil was also a member of the Louisiana College Football team and was invited to the 2015 Dream Bowl. Phil has been in the fitness industry over 5 years mainly focusing in strength and explosion training. He is an expert in helping clients reduce body fat and increasing muscle mass. Phil enjoys working directly with clients and motivating them to push to the next level.
Tobi Soileau is a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. She is a student at LSUA majoring in business and also a student at the National Academy of Sports Medicine working towards her personal training certification. With over 3 years experience, she specializes in strength and cardio training that focuses on weight loss and weight management. She enjoys working with clients, coaching them on how to transform their health through lifestyle changes.

10 Day FAT BLASTER
This is a 10 day training and nutrition (manipulation) program that's relatively intense. You're going to work hard for ten days BUT your results are going to come fast and will be significant when you follow the program. Some people will lose six to twelve pounds during these two weeks and a couple dress and pant sizes.
The program is simple in its brilliance. You'll come and workout with me three to five days per week for two weeks, and eat the foods that I've outlined for you in the program. It's simple actually - just read it and eat it and the results will come. You will experience soreness in your muscles. Nothing too bad, but definitely some soreness letting you know that you just had an awesome workout. And the eating program I give you will NOT be a starvation diet. I'm totally against starvation diets. It's actually a decent amount of calories manipulated in a crafty way to help your body burn maximum fat and to retain muscle tone during the 14 days.
