EXERCISE OF THE WEEK: “Suspension Body Weight Row”. This exercise is great because you can determine how hard it is by changing your level. Try performing this exercise at the end of your workout to finish off your back. Also, if you have trouble with engaging your back during your back workouts try this in the beginning of your workout to warm up those back muscles. While performing this exercise keep your Hips up and straight spine. The level will dictate the intensity of the exercise.
