Majd has has been doing martial arts for over 9 years. He had an injury so he began coming to the gym in 2015 focusing on body building instead. “It’s the 1.5 hour that I have to do every day. I kind of destress when I come in here. When I’m here I just leave everything behind.” To Majd, being at the gym has become a lifestyle that just makes sense.
