I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 28 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. Most importantly our staff will provide you with all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.
Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine, my goal is to provide a non intimidating atmosphere for everyone and outstanding customer service. I look forward to helping you reach your personal goals through education, motivation and dedication to your success!
I am originally from Waunakee, WI. I recently graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Corporate and Health Communication. I have been a member with Anytime Fitness on and off for six years and have been working with a trainer for the last two and a half. The Anytime Fitness family has been essential to helping me reach many of my personal health and fitness goals. Having lost over 60lbs, I know what a struggle weight loss can be. I am excited to join the Anytime Fitness family and help you reach your health goals in any way that I can!
I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. For me, fitness is about becoming comfortable and confident in your own body, experiencing satisfaction of completing workouts, and gaining motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle. I am here to help you put your body through workouts you never thought possible, and together we will achieve your fitness goals. Achieved goals will result in enjoyment of working out and create a new found love for the gym!
I recently graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Exercise Science. Sports and exercise have always been a part of my life and I look forward to the opportunity of working with new members both young and old. I can help you reach your fitness goals through exercise and a healthy diet. I like to keep my training sessions fun, upbeat and challenging!

I am a graduate of Edgewood College. My passion for fitness began as I successfully lost the weight I gained during school. I applied my master’s education on goals, motivation, and human behavior to health and fitness. The outcome has been inspiring other people to have a positive relationship with exercise and food.
I believe in the mind-body connection that occurs through exercise. Exercise can extend beyond physical aspects and provide vast mental benefits as well. The release of endorphins that comes from the stress of exercise and can aid in lessening symptoms of depression, anxiety, and every-day stress. I enjoy implementing physical challenges that require mental toughness. The end result of helping a client to pursue a challenge and sharing in their success is really rewarding for me.
Motivation is all about feeding your subconscious mind. Picture in your head what you want to look like and how you want to feel. I'll help you push past your thresholds and get you to your desired goals!
