My objective as a Professional Fitness Trainer is to help my clients advance through an exercise program that makes them stronger and better able to perform the functions of everyday life. I get a great deal of personal satisfaction from helping people by sharing my knowledge and experiences. I hope to motivate each client to a lifestyle change that will result in a happier, more fulfilling life.
I have been working out since I was 13 years old, so fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years and still love my job every day. Each new client motivates me to give my best and to help them change their lives. My job is rewarding when a client steps on the scale and has hit their goal weight or size.
I am ACSM certified trainer but my passion is Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I love to circuit train because it is a great way to get a challenging workout in when you are short on time. I also enjoy heavy lifting, and pride myself in being a strong female. Overall I feel most fulfilled when I am empowering and helping others reach their full potential. I attempt to achieve that in my own life on a daily basis, and hope that ultimately I can help others do the same.
20 years ago, I started to workout and better myself in many aspects. Everything came natural to me and I wanted to share the experience I had with others. Exercise doesn't just change your appearance, but also changes your spirit, overall attitude, and outlook on life. Nothing makes me happier than helping others better their lives.
As a retired Air Traffic Controller, I can verify the importance of a good workout regimen. Stress was my main reason for working out and it certainly got rid of it. Workouts become addictive over time and it will change almost everything in your life for the better.

My mission as a Personal Trainer is to motivate, educate and guide you towards making exercise a habit that you not only enjoy, but one that you can't live without.
