I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 28 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. I grew up in Milwaukee and have lived in Madison since graduating from college in 2008. I love meeting our members and getting to hear everyone’s fitness stories! We all have something that motivates us to get active, eat well, and stay healthy, and I love being able to help you on your fitness journey!
I am a graduate of Winona State University in Winona, MN. While attending WSU I was fortunate to have been a five year member of the men’s basketball team. While on the team we achieved a Division Two national title, a Division Two national runner up title, as well as several conference and regional championships. I have had a love for athletics and fitness my entire life and I am excited to be able to share that passion to help others improve their lives. I look forward to getting to know all the members and will do whatever it takes to help each member achieve their goals.
Since losing nearly 70 pounds over the past year or so, fitness has become a huge part of my every day life. I look forward to helping you reach and stick to your fitness goals in and out of the gym.
I played volleyball and basketball in high school up until junior year. Once I started college, working out got away from me because I just didn't have the time or energy. After college, I realized that I needed to start working out again to get back in shape. I'm excited to be a part of Anytime Fitness, and to get to know you and your personal journey to get fit. Up until my early teenaged years, I was never that into sports or exercise. Then I started really learning more about health and fitness and decided I wasn’t giving my body the love it needed. I joined my school’s tennis and track teams, started going to the gym regularly, took more opportunities to be active with friends, and saw great improvements throughout high school. Combining this new attitude with my love for the sciences, I decided to study Kinesiology in my undergrad at UW. I’ve just graduated and am fresh to this personal training career, but I’m hoping I can share my passion for health and fitness with you and help you reach your goals. If I could do it, so can you!

“Growing up, I played all sorts of sports from basketball and soccer to snowboarding and skiing. As a result, when I was in high school I underwent 5 knee surgeries and was told I couldn’t play basketball anymore. Determined to play in college, I lost 40 pounds over the course of two years by changing my diet and workout regimen. I then went on to play ball and run track at Chapman University. My goal is to make working out an enjoyable experience and to help build confidence in our members through fitness.”
Having been involved in athletics the majority of my life I never really understood or appreciated training until after I was done playing sports. After finishing collegiate football my health suffered due to a lack of activity. It was then that the importance of being active finally hit home, and I decided to make a change. Now, I incorporate my athletic background with my professional training to create programs that are constantly changing, challenging and most of all FUN!
