Hi. I’m Adam, a recovering desk jockey—you know, one of the masses who found myself sitting too much, eating too much of the wrong stuff and trying to cram too much into one day. Somewhere between the intersection of sick and tired and time to take action, I took on a new mission—to rediscover my joy of life through movement and fun. As my passion grew, I found myself doing and training more than I ever thought possible. I also uncovered a thirst for knowledge, of how to train better, eat better and perform better. But, most importantly, I came to realize that I wanted to share my passion others. Not only have I completed two fitness certifications (NASM CPT and MovNat Level 1), I have competed in multiple half marathons, full marathons, obstacle course races, 24-hour endurance races and multisport competitions, which has given me a grounded and proven knowledge base that can be valuable to anyone seeking a more active lifestyle. My objective is to provide the spark and motivation
Denise has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. Denise has a 2 year degree in Fitness Management (FMT) from Spokane Falls CC and is ACE certified. She is a competitive bodybuilder and a expert in weight management.
Janine is a certified personal trainer through NASM,a certified TRX instructor, and has a B.S. in Marketing. She wants to share her passion for health and is dedicated to helping others navigate and achieve their own fitness goals and believes people can work towards being their best self possible.
My goal is to inspire and educate clients with the necessary tools needed to make a permanent and positive lifestyle change. Through proper health and fitness anyone can reach their desired goals. I believe that everyone is an athlete and sometimes all you need is a little direction in order to change your life. I will take your health and fitness personally, working alongside of you to help achieve and even surpass your goals.
