Krystal is a Yogaworks certified yoga teacher. She also has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Health Science. She is very excited to help increase the health, wellness, and self-esteem of her Anytime Fitness family.
Michael received a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder. "I am blessed to spend my life with my fiancée, Krystal, and our golden retriever Cassidy. We are honored to have the opportunity to open an Anytime Fitness in Poway. Our goal is to create a community atmosphere where people of all shapes and sizes love to workout. I look forward to meeting you soon!"
I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over six years in various positions. I have an extensive background in management. I am in the process of getting my ISSA Personal Training Certification along with my studies in nutrition. I love being a part of this team at Anytime Fitness that helps people change their lives for the better. I am here to help all members have a great experience at our gym. My goal is to help each and every member achieve their goals and live a healthy life.
I am a seasoned personal trainer with a fitness background in bodybuilding, endurance training, sports and martial arts. I’ve been active my whole life, but began my fitness journey in bodybuilding at the age of 15 years old when I made a total body transformation. As a personal trainer, I’ve helped clients of all ages and fitness levels lose weight, lean and tone, build lean muscle and improve strength and conditioning. I’ve also helped clients adopt healthier lifestyles by teaching them about nutrition and how to improve their overall eating habits. I use my extensive experience in exercise and nutrition to help people achieve their fitness goals and even pass them. I put an emphasis on both nutrition and individualized exercise plans because both are needed to reach a fitness goal in the shortest amount of time possible.
Angel is a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer, SDCC Certified Fitness Specialist, and a SDCC Certified Nutritionist. "I love sharing my knowledge and passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. But more than anything, I love motivating people and helping them reach their goals, whatever they may be. I believe that there has to be a strong connection between mind and body to achieve desired results. For 10 years, I have enjoyed working with every type of individual. Specialties include: Weight Loss (from extreme to those last stubborn 10lbs), Senior Fitness, Pre/Post Surgical Rehab, Muscular Balance and Postural Correction, and Sport Specific Training. I look forward to meeting all of our members and would welcome any questions or comments at any time!"
Jen has a BA in Business & Minor in Psychology from Boston University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), and an Active Isolated Stretch Therapist (The Mattes Method). "My passion in life is to help people achieve their personal goals through my extensive background and education of Psychology and Fitness. My mission is to bridge the gap between the medical, health, and fitness profession to provide the ultimate experience in lifestyle and well being. My fitness and nutritional approach is to help educate my clients towards a lifestyle that is easy to adapt and maintain. I believe that nourishing our mind and bodies with the 7 essential nutrients will guide them to a better quality of life."
