I was a member for a couple of years before I joined the team. Although I would have never pictured myself working at a fitness facility, exercise and healthy living have become such a strong passion of mine. As your member experience coach (MXC), I promise to encourage you, educate you, and coach you to the best of my ability. I will be the one to work WITH you in achieving any and all of your goals. I will listen, understand and help you to overcome any obstacles that get in your way. We are in this together, and one step at a time, WE will get there! "I want to inspire people. I am passionate about health and fitness and helping others reach their full potential. My varied background in sport, including running, cycling and triathlon as well as my degree in Sport Science has given me the knowledge and experience to help you become healthier and happier.
I am a friendly, easy to get along with person. From badminton to soccer to rugby I have done it all, I have loved for sports and activity all my life! And have taken that love for active living and now share that passion as a personal trainer! My favourite quote is “I refuse to give up on myself” give it your all and never give up, from little to big achievements it’s all worth it.
