I am very people oriented. I love being able to talk and work with all kinds of differing personalities, and of course each and every one of our Anytime Fam! It took me quite a few years bouncing from job to job trying to find something I truly enjoyed and could see myself doing long term. Growing up I was always extremely active and loved playing every variety of sport, besides baseball! I had never thought of combing work with one of my life’s passions. Becoming a part of Anytime Fitness has been an amazing opportunity for me.
Growing up, my parents always encouraged me to be active and try everything at least once. I've tried many different sports and activities but I found what I was most passionate about when I first started going to the Anytime Fitness in Sacramento, California; my passion for running. Along with running, I grew up in a family that always encouraged me to live a healthy lifestyle. This included healthy eating habits that have stuck with me in my adult life as well. Besides running, I love hiking, swimming, soccer, paddle boarding and pretty much any other physical activity that involves being outside! I love working as a team and I truly lucked out with the team I am a part of at Anytime Fitness Capitol Hill. My love for health and fitness continues to grow every day with the influence and encouragement of my Anytime Fitness family. We are all on this journey together!
I have always been most at ease while on the field. Soccer was my outlet my entire life through high school, being surrounded by my team members pushed me to work my hardest. After coming to Seattle University I began to look for an alternative life style that included fitness while still being part of a team! Working in a club that is so involved with their members truly reminds me of the feeling I used to have while being on the feild. I’ve transitioned from being a part of a team to helping others form a team of their own, and I love it!

I'm a high energy person who has always been active, but didn't know how to use the gym to it's full potential. After joining AnytimeFitness Capital Hill, I got some personal training sessions with Jess and Tommy. It changed my life. I no longer felt uncomfortable and lost in the gym; I started doing my research and writing my own workouts. I enjoyed this so much that I decided to switch careers and become a trainer myself. I love working with people and passing on information that I have learned. I believe that one of the most important things about being a fitness trainer is educating club members; making them feel comfortable and empowered in moving forward with their own fitness journey.
