I consider my style of training performance/abilities based, but the concept of “performance” can be a broad range. Whether your goal be weight loss, basic fitness, or you’re training for your first triathlon, I’ll make sure your goals become reality!
My training style leans towards martial arts with a fast paced, high intensity weight lifting routine that increases cardio-respiratory health and builds lean muscle. Working on under-active muscles are key factors in creating a strong and balanced body.
Optimum Prana [life force energy] flow is my passion. A practicing yogi for eleven years with a background in philosophy/energy healing. Come to class to get your spine to unwind and expand your heart from within, find flexibility and balance in body-mind, build strength. Breathe easy, meditate, de-stress. Prana-Yama.
My philosophy is very holistic; I'm interested in the root issue, addressing all aspects of well-being including stress, nutrition, sleep, emotional health, self-image, & exercise. I work to ensure my clients long term success in their goals by designing custom plans for each individual that are progressive & educational.

I have been passionate about dance & fitness since I was young & Zumba has become an amazing outlet for me to let go & have fun while working out. It’s a fusion of Latin rhythms & up-beat music that gets your blood flowing & your heart pumping. Everyone should experience the amazing dance party that is Zumba!
I teach challenging, athletic yoga classes and specialize in yoga for weightlifters. Power yoga has improved my performance as an athlete, cyclist, and dedicated Crossfitter. In my free time I cook, paint, travel, and scuba dive.
