Kelly practices Ashtanga Yoga for 13 years. She studied at Yoga on High, in Columbus, Ohio, earning 200 RYT in 2007 & 500 RYT in 2011. Kelly taught during her 5 years there and after moving back, opened her own studio, Firelands Yoga. Kelly’s main teachers are Tim Miller & Martha Marcom.
Education and Certification: Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Malone University ACSM certified Personal Trainer American Red Cross Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid Kyle was a 4 year letter winner in Men’s Basketball at Malone University.

Bootcamp (60 mins) challenge your body and increase your aerobic fitness level using plyometric exercises, push-ups, jump rope, and core strengthening exercises. Fitness Level = Beginner to Advanced
Total Body Toning (60 mins) ultimate total body workout; strengthen, sculpt, and tone every muscle using dumbbells, exercise bands, and stability balls. Fitness Level = Beginner to Advanced
Hatha Yoga (60 mins) learn the basics of yoga in this alignment and therapeutic based class. Fitness Level = Beginner
Zumba (60 mins) combines dance with aerobic elements for a fun cardio workout. Fitness Level = Beginner to Advanced
Interval Training (55 mins) complements Total Body Toning using steps, agility laders, and conditioning drills (no long, slow, boring cardo!). Fitness Level = Beginner to Intermediate
Spin X (55 mins) is a high intensity interval training class where we incoporate spinning and other cardiovascular and strength exercises.
Spinning (45 mins) is high intensity cardiovascular workout incorporating endurance, and speed rides. A great workout that will help you blast calories and sweat out the stress.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (60 mins) is a vigorous vinyasa (movement with breath) practice in a heated room that incorporates strength, balance, flexibility, breath work, stamina, and meditation.
TRX Training (30-60 mins) Total body strength training for fat loss using the TRX suspension trainer, free weights, resistance bands, and body weight.
