I have been in sales and customer service since I was 16. In 2007 I had the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Majestic Media selling advertising and stayed until joining AF. I have lived in Farmington for the last 32 years and graduated in 1986 from FHS. I like to stay active and enjoy hiking, camping and riding my ATV in the summer. Showshoeing in the winter and, of course, working out at AF year round! I think attitude is everything, and the first step to success in anything that a person does. I also like to be involved in the community. I am currently on the board of San Juan United Way and the Hope Children’s Fund.
Jim is the Farmington Anytime Fitness club manager and a Certified Personal Trainer holding certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Jim is also a boot camp/ small group exercise instructor. With over 8 years experience as a personal trainer, Jim has worked with many different clients helping them to achieve their fitness goals. From weight loss to sports specific training, Jim will guide you through your program and keep you focused to get the results you need. I am a fitness enthusiast that enjoys athletics, outdoor activities and a healthy lifestyle. I am a certified Foot Zonologist and currently studying for my certification in Personal Training. Anytime Fitness has become an important addition to my life and has helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. I continue to educate myself and search for the ultimate health for my family. My journey and growth are far from over!
Sydney is a Senior at Farmington High School and is a member of the State Champion Scorpion tennis team. She has developed a passion for a healthy lifestyle and loves having the opportunity to work with the great members at Anytime Fitness.
Taylor was always very active in sports while growing up. In college, she really developed a passion for fitness. Taylor began exploring Olympic lifting and bodybuilding as well as developed an interest in yoga. While working out as a member at Anytime Fitness, she would always pass by the group fitness calendar and see the RIPPED classes. She was curious, but slightly afraid to join in and work out in a group setting. One day, she finally decided to jump in just to see what it was all about. She immediately loved the RIPPED class and knew she had to share her enthusiasm with others. Taylor is now a group exercise instructor certified in RIPPED. She enjoys sharing her passion for fitness with the Anytime Fitness members. Taylor also enjoys her dogs and can often be heard talking about her furry little children while working at the gym.
Chelsie is a Personal Trainer with over 7 years of training experience. She graduated with a BS in health and fitness management/wellness promotion from NWOU where she was a standout softball pitcher. Chelsie is a Certified Personal trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise (ACE) and is also certified as a Health and Fitness Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Chelsie is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Yoga instructor and is certified in active isolated stretching (A.I.S). If you want a professional and highly skilled trainer that can bring you to the next level, Chelsie is ready and able to help you.
I am a wife and a mother of five beautiful red head children. I’ve been a R.I.P.P.E.D Certified Instructor and a Group Exercise Certified Instructor since May 2014. I started R.I.P.P.E.D in June 2013 and I’ve never have gone a week without it. Having 4 C-Sections and 5 kids I needed a routine that not only made me lose weight but give me the muscle tone I have lost since my surgeries. I fell in love with R.I.P.P.E.D, it inspired me not only in a physical respect but it got me out of my shell and into a life of pushing my boundaries.
Irvin's love for fitness developed directly after his heart attack in 2008, at the age of 22, shortly after he joined the Marines. Before that time, Irvin believed that being physically fit was important but not worthy of his time. He considered working out a chore. Irvin's thoughts on fitness turned into an unhealthy lifestyle of fast food and alcohol, which quickly spiraled out of control. He gained excessive weight reaching 265 pounds. A year after his heart attack, when Irvin's doctor gave him the okay to workout again, he sought to become physically fit. Irvin acquired his ISSA personal training certification. He is now ACSM certified and seeks mastery in the training field. Irvin hopes to become a good role model for his son as he grows. His goal is to win his first amateur physique competition by 2015 and make it to the professional level by 2017.
Jerae Curtis is a vibrant, Licensed, Zumba Instructor. Her passion for dance and natural flair for working with a wide variety of personalities makes a comfortable environment for participants. Jerae's self-motivation and dedication bring smiles and fun to every class she teaches. Come join Jerae for a fun filled party!
1. Received 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification through White Lotus Foundation in 2004. 2. Completed a 980 hour Pilates training at the Pilates Center in Boulder 2006. 3. Les Mills Body Flow certified teacher. 4. Completed the grand slam of ultra running in addition to running the Hard Rock Endurance Run in 2003. Have completed the Hard Rock three times, Leadville 100 three times, Wasatch Front 100 twice, Western States 100 twice, and the Vermont 100 once. 5. Endured the Marathon of Sands race in Morocco twice.
Susan is a certified group exercise instructor and specializes in RIPPED,step and sculpt classes. She is passionate about helping people live their best lives and believes that exercise and nutrition play a vital role. She is also a mother to three great kids.
