I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and owner of 18 Southern Wisconsin Anytime Fitness locations. I am excited to provide you with convenient locations, a non-intimidating atmosphere, and the friendliest, most helpful staff around.
As a competetive swimmer for the past 12 years health and fitness has been a passion of mine. I enjoy motivating people to reach their fitness goals and look forward to helping you reach yours!

Wellness has been my passion for the past eight years and I love helping people find the tools they need to reach their goals. My fitness journey includes a lot of yoga, barre, and tough mudder challenges and long walks with my dog. I love Madison and all it has to offer, especially the running paths.
I have been member of Anytime Fitness for three years prior to becoming staff and I have loved every minute of working out at Anytime Fitness and being a member of the team! As a former athlete, I have developed a great passion for proper nutrition and exercise. The combination of education and my passion for seeing people's results make me believe that together, we can accomplish any goal you may have.
I’m originally from Minnesota; five years ago I moved to Madison and fell in love with the city. I play sports, run obstacle races, and enjoy the outdoors. I like to teach people about fitness and I believe that when people have the proper knowledge of nutrition, technique, and receive proper motivation reaching their fitness goals are much easier.
I currently have a degree in exercise physiology and started as a personal trainer for Anytime Fitness two years ago. I have since been promoted to Fitness Manager, where I now work with each individual client and trainer to help map out a client's success.

I've been interessted in fitness and health since I was an undergraduate. I'm currently pursuing my graduate degree in Kinesiology and plan to focus on women's health. I truly enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals.
From the coaching I recieved as a former UW Badger Football player, I've learned the dedication and goal setting that is needed to reach a variety of fitness goals and I look forward to using those skills to help you reach your goals!
I’m originally from Missouri but traveled all over the world due to my father’s job in the military. I love being active and enjoy training my body on a day to day basis; football, basketball, and track are all hobbies that I participate in frequently.

I graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale with a nutrition degree. I competed in two bodybuilding competitions and now like to use the information I learned over the years to help my clients reach their goals.
I am originally from San Diego, but have been a Madison resident for the past six years, I have a deep passion for fitness and have been dedicated to weight training for several years. I find personal training to be fun and I am excited to help you reach your health goals!
