My parents empowered me from a young age and i was able to play all sports growing up and to this day health and fitness is one of my passions. She then moved to Saskatoon to earn her degree in Commerce from the U of S. She is looking forward to seeing you at the club!

My name is Kaitlyn McDade and I am an HR student at the University of Regina. I started with the MHB program with trainer Matt Bye in October of 2014. Within six months of training at Anytime Fitness Regina, I was convinced that I wanted to be apart of that environment and was lucky to become employed as an H2i! I love going to work and being apart of people's fitness journeys whether that be signing them up for a membership or relaying knowledge that I have learned to add to their fitness lifestyle! I plan to continue this fitness lifestyle and work towards getting started with personal training to help others like the MHB program has helped me live a lifestyle, not a diet.

My name is Jason Mo and I am a certified personal trainer at Anytime Fitness. I am a student at the University of Regina and enrolled in the faculty of kinesiology. Once I graduate with a bachelor of kinesiology degree, I hope to stay in the fitness and nutrition industry. I have experienced a transformation that I never thought could happen and now I’m here. I want to be there to hold you accountable and to help you reach your goals whether you want to undergo a transformation or to create a healthier lifestyle. Since that transformation, my passion for fitness and nutrition grew tremendously and hence the reason why I chose to enroll in the faculty of kinesiology. I was also involved in many sports and recreational activities growing up, but never started to see results until my nutrition was adjusted. In the end, we all have similar goals and I am there to help.

I have been active all my life in many sports, but fitness and nutrition have been a passion of mine for as long as i can remember. I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science where I made the Presidents Roll. I was an active member of the Varsity golf team with great success. Upon completion i attended the National Personal Training Institute in Colorado Springs where i graduated top of my class. Most recently i have been certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, as seen on the Golf Channel and run the GolFit program at Anytime Fitness Regina.
I am a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS) and Certified Older Adult Fitness Specialist (OAS). I have also completed a comprehensive Fitness and Nutrition Program with the International Career School. I have a passion for endurance running, curling and golfing. I am a self-trained runner in distances of 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon and have numerous Boston marathon qualifying times. My fitness philosophy is one of lifelong fitness and health, and I strive to equip clients to function effectively and enjoy physical activity at any age. My focus of personal training and instruction includes: - Strength, flexibility, balance and cardio training for successful participation in general physical activity. - Fitness training for activities including running, curling, and participation in endurance activities. - Fitness training and weight loss for adults, including older adults, who want to enjoy life-long fitness and recreational pursuits.
