Rich has been in the fitness industry for 25 years; as a bodybuilding competitor, a gym owner and a trainer. Rich has won 1st place in the light-heavy weight body building competition at the Space Coast Body Building Contest and 2nd place in the Orlando Supernatural Body Building Contest in addition to winning three powerlifting competitions His hobbies include bodybuilding, powerlifting & spending time with his wife and 3 children. Rich enjoys playing a role in changing people’s lives and helping them reach their fitness goals. First session is Free.
