I have always been very active in sports. I participated in softball, basketball and track. I developed a passion for personal training and the fitness industry shortly after a softball injury in college. I realized that not only could I have prevented my shoulder surgery, but I could have also prolonged my softball career if I would have had the proper knowledge and instruction from a trainer. That is when I decided to make a career out of it. I love what I do and enjoy helping others reach their goals! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me!
