I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 27 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. Most importantly our staff will provide you with all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.
Fitness is all about living a healthy lifestyle that involves a sound exercise program and nutrition plan. We are here to help you begin the journey to the best you possible by equipping you with the tools you need to lead a fitness centered lifestyle.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance Health Promotion from UW-Eau Claire. I will be the first to tell you how easy it is to take a few days off from working out and how hard it may be to get back into a routine. However, I have learned how to stay motivated and committed and I am here for you in making sure you do the same and ultimately reach your goals. I am excited to use my personal experience to help you face and overcome your health and fitness hurdles!
My life in the fitness industry began with a 60 pound weight loss transformation. As Membership Director, I want to help people experience the same physical and mental health benefits from exercise that I have. The only obstacle between you and your goals is a negative mindset. So whether you want to keep up with your kids at the park, train for your first marathon, or sculpt a chiseled physique, I want to help you on your journey!
Our bodies are capable of anything, it's our mind that we need to convince. This is a quote I live by because I personally have struggled with pushing myself past my "limitations" and overcoming food cravings. To succeed, you need an exercise plan that fits your lifestyle and a nutrition plan that is easy to follow. As Membership Director, I will be there to guide you in the right direction to reach a happier, healthier you, and motivate you when things get tough! I am excited to help you with your journey!
I believe in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in terms of body and mind. When it feels like you cannot go for much longer, you have to dig down deep and find motivation not to give up. The journey may be tough, but the outcome is worthwhile. So, let’s take the first step together towards health and that will make all the difference.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. I also have a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Certification from ACE, and presently attending Madison Area Technical College for Therapeutic Massage.
Fitness journeys are some of the most incredible and rewarding journeys out there, but they can also be one of the most challenging journeys to embark on; Especially if you’re embarking on them alone. That’s where I come into play. I want to help you succeed on your fitness journey, whatever it might be. I’ll give you all the support and encouragement you need! I will always be your partner and your guide. You can count on me to help you reach your goal.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in Sports Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. I am an experienced trainer in working with a variety of client’s goals including weight loss, joint and muscle strengthening, injury rehabilitation, and sports performance to name a few. Motivating you to reach your goals is my top priority both during and after our sessions. I look forward to using my education and practical experience to help you obtain your highest goals.
The key to becoming fit is enjoying your workout. Finding a good workout that makes you want to come back to the gym can be one of the hardest steps to staying motivated. Once you get a workout you enjoy, you are able to get in the motivational mindset to achieve your goals. My goal as a personal trainer includes: make working out enjoyable, make you love the gym, and help you reach your goals. I can help you with taking those first steps to a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Through my own journey and experience, I’ve learned some of the hardest, yet most valuable lessons about health and fitness. Believing you can is the first step, and if you are reading this, then you are already there. Having a partner that believes in you and motivates you is crucial. That’s why I’m here. I want to help you prove that whatever you want to be IS possible.
I am a South Central Wisconsin native. Growing up around sports and hunting, fitness has always been a part of my life. I also am currently enrolled with ISSA to help continue my education with Personal Training. I look forward to meeting new members and helping them achieve their fitness goals!
Working out can be one of the most rewarding things that you ever do. Not only does it help you physically, but emotionally and psychologically as well. As a captain and All-American of the UW-Oshkosh football team and an active member in sports all of my life, I have found out that the old saying "hard work pays off " isn't just a saying but holds true to us that believe in it . I am here to make you believe that you can do anything you set your mind to. You just have to want to put in the effort and you and I will ensure that you live the healthy lifestyle that you have always wanted.
Fitness for me is not just strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, or nutrition, but the combination of all of these components infused into one. It is my passion to help you achieve all aspects of your fitness goals. I believe in tailoring all my workouts to accommodate each individual’s specific needs, while incorporating progressive change as we improve in all aspects of fitness.
