She is the proud mother of two sons: 12 year old Darren and 8 year old Wyatt, and has been married to her best friend Joseph for 15 years. In addition to working out at AFCG, Mindy enjoys outdoor activities of all types including riding quads, fishing and camping. Mindy’s warm, outgoing personality and knack for giving great customer service make her the perfect addition to our team.
