About our classes: All Spinning classes are held in our Spinning Studio in the main gym. All other classes are conducted in our new Fitness Studio at the rear of the gym. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are 60 minutes. Classes for members are available in the office for a nominal fee ($1.50 per class). Non-Members are welcome to take any class for just $8 (if purchasing a group of 10) - Just stop by our office during staffed hours to get registered!
