Designed for moderate to advanced & conditioned members involving: strength training and medium to high interval cardio training.
**Trainer requires assessing conditioning status prior to joining this group. Members may need 1 month of one on one training to learn techniques before being admitted to this group. Challenge yourself!

A combination of cardiovascular intervals of cycling with intervals of weight resistance training. Guaranteed to give you a full body workout!

T.U.F.F. Total Ultimate Functional Fitness/Julie Beck
Mixes a variety of techniques and methods in each training session: TRX, Strength Training, Tabata & Natural Movement (Movnat).
Take your exercise program to your next level of fitness with attention to form and functional movement patterns during an overall body conditioning workout each week!
Each group is independent of one another so be ready to advance your health and fitness in our
