I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and the hands-on owner of 28 Anytime Fitness health clubs in Southern Wisconsin. We promise to provide you with impeccably clean facilities, the best maintained equipment, all in a non intimidating atmosphere. Most importantly our staff will provide you with all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.
I've always had a passion for health and fitness and am always looking to learn new things when it comes to exercise and healthy living. I look forward to sharing my knowledge as well as learning new things every day I come to the gym.
I have lived in Janesville for over 20 years. I have always been passionate about fitness and nutrition. I am excited to learn new aspects of the fitness world as well as share my own knowledge!
Fitness has been my passion from an early age. I played soccer though all of high school and college. My fitness journey was not always an easy one due to injuries and illness. This fueled my fire to help others through their fitness journeys. I am actively into crossfit, Olympic lifting, and soccer. I specialize in rehabilitation and speed and agility training. With a certification through A.C.E. and a sports nutrition minor I am a key asset to helping you attain your goals.
Fitness is not a fad, it is a way of life. If you promise yourself to work hard, I promise to help you reach your goals. And the outcome will be sweet!
Weight Loss –Losing weight is fun! With a little dedication, a solid attitude and some fine guidance I will get you there! Whether you want to lose a few pounds or a lot, I combine cardiovascular and weight training to achieve your goal. Nutrition – My number one philosophy to losing weight and looking great is eating right. Eating right can not only make you look healthier, but feel better overall. Ask me about my favorite easy-to-make meals! Physique/Strength – Want to build muscle? I will use my 13 years of weight training dedication and studying to build strength and muscle! I use isolation and compound exercises to “Pump you up!”
