I am a USC graduate with a background in teaching fitness programs including: cardio, ballet, tap, jazz, and tumbling. Whether you are just starting your fitness goals or have been working toward them for some time, I would love to show you some creative exercises to benefit you!
My experiences in Cross Country and Track inspired my love of health and nutrition and injuries during college inspired my certification as a personal trainer so that I could help others to reach their full potential. I enjoy creating a quality atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and motivated to get in shape!
I worked in healthcare for over three years, I am CPR and CNA certified. I have also been a part of swim teams my whole life, so health and fitness have always been important to me. After I had my son, I became even more dedicated to staying fit and healthy. I am excited to inspire others on their journey to reaching their goals!
