BASIC - Some people still just want access to a gym to do their own workouts. Our basic membership is perfect for someone who simply wants access to equipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our basic membership is the ideal membership for someone who has their own fitness program already established and is looking for a clean gym with state-of-the-art equipment.
TEAM TRAINING - Do you want to have the leadership and accountability that one of our fitness coaches can provide at a fraction of the cost of personal training? Do you want to do cutting edge workouts, using all of the cool fitness toys like kettlebells, battle ropes, sandbags and suspension training? Do you want to surround yourself with like-minded individuals in a high-energy, group environment guaranteed to get you fired up and ready to succeed? Do you enjoy working with others or are you looking to meet others with similar goals?

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING - Semi-private training involves working in a small group of 2-3 people and allows for more individualized instruction. Based on your strategy session, we will develop a program suited to your needs. We ensure that you are receiving attentive instruction and helpful feedback, guaranteed to provide you with lasting results. Semi-Private Training also focuses more on building muscle and encouraging proper technique, both of which are fundamental for improving overall fitness.
This is a great option because it allows you to share the cost of working with a personal trainer. We don’t feel like you need to pay someone to stand over you and count your reps; you can do that on your own. What you are looking for is a done-for-you system that takes the guesswork out of fitness.
