site selection and lease negotiation
Assistance is available at no-cost through our association with Franchise Real Estate (FRE). The team at FRE has extensive knowledge of the franchise industry, and has an in-depth understanding of the needs of Anytime Fitness franchisees. Their experienced brokers will assist you with finding an ideal site for your club, including a thorough review of the market area and its demographics. Plus, they are experienced negotiators that can assist with obtaining rent and build-out allowances.
As important, FRE provides exclusive brokerage services for Anytime Fitness, and they do not work with any fitness competitors. They represent the majority of our franchisees, from single club owners to multi-site operators, negotiating hundreds of Anytime Fitness leases each year. This is also available at no-cost to Anytime Fitness franchisees through our Financing Department. Whether you are a first time franchisee or an established entrepreneur, we can assist you. The streamlined consulting process begins with a review of your personal and business finances. Then, we will recommend a wide range of products and services for financing your Anytime Fitness franchise.
Franchisees of the Anytime Fitness system are eligible for expedited and streamlined SBA loan processing through the SBA’s Franchise Registry Program.

Marketing your club is made easy with our professionally developed marketing materials and business supplies. Anytime Fitness has also created TV commercials, radio ads, and informational DVDs, all for national distribution! And, as a way to support our communities, Anytime Fitness sponsors a national charitable foundation.
